- Our 2017 G3 1860 CCJ Tunnel with 2016 Yamaha 115/80 outboard jet. We've owned it for a year now and we have made quite a few changes since buying this boat used.

Hello again tarheel!! Was setting up a humminbird mega si and was wondering if you recommend the transducer placement you have and if it has been working out for you.
I have my Mega transducer just to the right of the tunnel as you're looking at it.
I didn't see this update initially, but how do you like it thus far?
It's a good boat for what it is and what we use it for. I haven't had any issues with the boat itself nor the motor. I just wish G3 would use a different trailer manufacturer as the Bear line of trailers is crap at best.
hey man how are you? Im looking to add lights to my 1860 for night running the delaware river here up in jersey at night. How do those aux lights work and do you know anything about Southern Lite LED Lights?
I like these lights so much that I put a set on my Seaark Procat 240. They are really bright and easy to install.
As far as Sputhern Lights I don't have any experience with them however, I've heard nothing but good things about them.

With all the rod holders dose any lines get tangled when catching fish?
Nice boat I’m looking at getting one for Striper fishing maybe 20’ with 150 jet would they haul 3 guys and 60 gal tank easy ?
Nice set up, where did you get the hydro turf? Looking to do the same because of how hot the deck gets.

Nothing should stick outside of the gunnels on a jet boat. Recipe for disaster.

Where I use this boat it’s not a worry as if it was an issue then I would move it.
