Hello everyone! I passed my interview yesterday at the field office in Hartford, CT. Interview only took about 20 mins. I got a very nice officer as a interviewer.
In addition, to the 6 civic questions and the English exam, we went over a couple of the questions from the N-400 and had to give a couple of statement to modify it on the spot, but nothing major and it just reflected my life in the U.S.
I was sworn in as a U.S. citizen 1h after the interview. I'm so happy!! Thank you very much Jackie for all your help!

@@fadhlomr4981 Hello, They asked for all the personal information I filled out in the application, especially part 12: 1, 2, 3, 6, 23, 30A, 30G, 37, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50. Besides, They asked "Do you have a lawyer? Who helped you with your application for naturalization? You don't want to change your name, right? Where are you? Who lives with you at that address? Did you receive a tax refund last year?"

Hi…when we filled old N-400 form while filing naturalization… questions will be asked from the same form? Not from the updated N-400 right?
Most likely. However, I have seen an applicant got asked a few questions from the new form, so personally, I will suggest to take a look at the new form also.

One question is there a page in the website where it list all the papers that they will ask for? I’m afraid they are going to ask me for some information and not bring it
The questions are based on the N-400 application. so you can take a look at your N-400 application.
For each questions there are 3+ answers on the pocket study guide; are we supposed to give just one of the three answers during the interview or all of them?
My interview is on June 5th in Seattle.

Hi Jackie, I would like to find out why the new N400 online application requires an evidence of spousal or child support even though you indicated on the form that you have zero kids & are not currently married. Is this the new general requirement for everyone? Would appreciate your response.
That yellow warning confuses a lot of applicants. It is just a warning and you can just proceed without any issues.

Do they ask for your birth certificate at the interview appointment?
It depends on the officer. It's a good idea to bring all original documents.
I've just filled my N400 and answered Yes to the question concerning : citation by law enforcement . I have two trafiic tickets (paid fine ) and i mention both . Is that a mistake that i should tell the officer about it during my interview ? Or just keeping my answer yes and explain ? I would apreciate your answer 🙏🙏
That is not a problem at all. I wouldn’t worry about it and the officer can update your answers during the interview also.

I have an other question if you don't mind enlighting me with your experience . I recieved a civil court summon concerning a minor accident i appeared in court 3 times they told i am no longer concerned in this case wich is between the two insurance companies . What shall i do about that ? I haven't disclose it but i will take evidences to my interview..

My advice is always be transparent and let the officer decide whether it's important or not.
The last thing you want is to have the officer thinks you try to hide some minor issues, it might mean there are some other major issues with the application.

I have never hiden something and will never do. It's about not finding where to disclose it in the application . That's why i am trying to verbaly mention it with every single detail.
I passed the all 3 portions of the test, but in part 12 of the interview, the officer asked me to give the difference between totalitarian party and communist party, I tried but he said I have to come back there! For another interview! Is going to be with the same officer or a different one . The second portion of interview will based in the part 12 ? Right. I need some clarifications please.

Wouldn’t the question be if the applicant has children under age of 18? Since the form don’t ask for adults anymore
If you have children over age 18, they will most likely not asking anything about that.
If you have children under age 18 and don't live with you, they probably have a few more questions for you.

@@alcanze I didn’t have any documents proving anything, I changed my last name with the form and with that I’ll change my drivers license and the rest. They asked me the exact same way that they did in this video, really easy
