The new generation wouldn't neither understand nor appreciate this song... the kinda song you need to calm your nerves while you journey through LIFE.
Men of those days took time to be with God rather than rushing to studio. They hardly remix people's songs. May God help this generation of quick fix in everything.
💯
I love this song nd still listen till date
Thanks so much bro Akeeb... When you had this revelation of this song, little did you know that it will bless and be meaningful. May God bless you richly and may it account unto you for righteousness you and your generations. Thank you
Baba mi, lo loko ti wa 'ko re,se o mo pe mowa ninu oko... : ma se jeje ma wami lo, baba mi ..May God bless you sir Akeeb for this song. It has pulled me out of lot of deep places of life. Thank you. Hallelluyah sir.
❤
Evergreen! It's 2024, and I grew up listening to this song.
I am absolutely trilled to find this song today. It brings so much feeling of nostalgia especially because as a young boy then in the choir, I played the local bass drum on this album and it was my first encounter in a professional recording studio. I was so petrified to say the least with a retinue of session men and Uncle Tokunbo Sotade as the recording engineer, the lead guitarist and I am sure he probably played the bass too. It was an honour to be with Blackman in the same studio. Thank you sir for the foundations you built in many young stars then like me. God bless you real good sir.
Was he in ccc when this song was released? Has he ever attended ccc? Please respond sir; thanking you in advance.
Great job

Can we say a prayer for the 10 people that gave a thumbs down for the song, that they will experience true joy so that they can recognise greatness and sweetness when they see it. Shalom.
Thank you TH-cam for these memories. Uncle Blackman was very popular with those of us who grew up in University of Ibadan

Sir Akeeb Kareem, God will bless you immensely beyond imagination for thinking, composing and releasing this track...no MONEY can surpass GOD'S BLESSINGS. Whenever I listen to this music I feel and get the assurance that my fears and worries are gone. Once again thank you for this piece.

May God almighty bless and surprise the uploader of the music,Have been searching for this for years!Any advice on where to buy the CD in Nigeria? Thanks
Very nice Black man . what about Abode Cuba . Ori iyin and my dream girl. .
This is a complete genre of music from Nigeria. I wonder if this genre is taken up by other up coming Nigeria musicians. It a type of music (like many more in Nigeria especially from the Yoruba extraction) that must not be allowed to fizzle out. I thank God for giving humanity a musician like Akeem Kareem
I appreciate the song the essence of the song is the Lord it's says he doesn't want people to ask where Jesus Christ and God are at.❤
