Quick tip Chef: pls crisscross you’re chain when hooked on trailer. It helps when the trailer pops off the ball hitch. By crisscrossing your chain will help catch the trailer if it falls ☺️ manuia!!

We live in Western Australia and I come from farming communities. I’ve never seen or heard of Globe Mutton nor have I ever seen on our shelves. I’ve seen Spam, Corned Beef, Tuna etc but never Globe Mutton.
