MW3 ACR was insane. The fast TTK of MW3 coupled with moderate damage, high fire rate and low recoil made that gun unstoppable.
i wish COD would make a masterchief collection type thing. where you can play all the different multiplayers and campaigns from one launcher.
Chaos, you nailed it. I’m so happy the MW3 ACR finally gets the recognition it deserves. Thought it wasn’t going to be on the list for a minute. Far and away the best AR in COD history.

@@Watermonkey357 yes, with a fast firing rate and you can hit most shots a good distance away. Great for most of the maps on cold war, which dont have huge amounts of open space. It basically acts like an smg but as an AR.
@@AirNTR24 The FFAR was better up close and with the right attachments could outgun the vargo at medium range.
The BO2 Scar is the version that made me fall in love with the gun🤩
I love it in zombies but for multiplayer I like the mw2 one better
I think the tar 21 from mw2 deserved to be among the high teens.

Finally someone hovering the MW3 ACR and the MW2 Famas some love. My top 2 ARs in the CoD series
My personal favorite is the Scar-h from bo2
Definitely the best gun in that game and top 5 of all time
The Scar-H was my personal choice for an AR. Love that he gives it so much respect.
Respect bro, that rifle destroyed everything.
Let's be real here the m8a1 and an94 and FAL were the best but the scar felt so good with its fast reload speed and manageable recoil and its high damage just feels good just had to be accurate or get punished hard.
My favorite guns in BO2 were the ScarH, AN94, M27 and the Peacekeeper.
Commando, AUG, Famas from Bo1 were legendary. An-94 from Bo2 is the GOAT.
I'll always have a soft spot for the Gewehr 43 from World at War. Semi auto with not too great damage. But the recoil was non-existent. If you fired four shots in quick succession those four shots more then likely all hit the same spot. That gun carried me through World at War and I miss it every day.
The Gewehr and the SVT-40 were similar in that regard, and yeah I agree they were monsters. MP40 dominated that game, but for me those come joint second and didn't get used nearly as much as they should have

A couple of noticeable mentions are: Commando from BO1 Galil from BO1 Remington R5 from Cod Ghosts AK 47 BO1 AUG BO1 MCW from MW3 2023 M8A7 from BO3 TAQ 56 from Modern Warfare 2 2022 BAR from World at War Tar 21 from OG MW2
That's all I used in COD Ghosts, The Remington R5. Beast of a weapon. The gun sound was so good as well.
The AUG from bo1 isn’t even top 40. Good AR but not even close
The krig and the mw2019 m4 have a good place in my heart
But how about the Kilo in Warzone? It was the absolute meta. Even the Grau dominated too.
You can tell Jimmy didn't play Cold War much if the EM2 was excluded.

I absolutely loved the Ak in COD4, I used it over the m16. With stopping power it wrecked and while the recoil was a lot visually it was straight up with nothing side to side. Combined with the best sights so no need for a red dot and man that thing slapped.

I personally agree with this list! I personally can’t speak much in COD 4 unless we are talking remastered because I was too young to remember COD 4 at all. But the rest I agree with!
My favorite is the peacekeeper from bo2. I know it was in the sub category but it's description say it was a ar/sub hybrid. If that doesn't count than the fal in bo2 is my second pick

It's funny how the MW2 Famas is literally an improved version of the CoD4 M16 in every category but puts it below the M16... And the FAL, statistically the fastest killing AR in CoD history below the Scar-H or M8... Blinded by nostalgia and favoritism

SCAR-H from BO2 was god tier good to see it getting attention, FMJ and Sensor grenades on it, just walk banging campers and making them rage.
PS finally the MW3 ACR gets recognised as busted, that and the AR MP7, sorry “SMG” MP7
Everyone is always so quick to get on them knees and felate the Famas in BO1 even though both the Commando and the 47u were objectively better
BO1 Commando so easy to use and most consistent killing AR, and BO3 Manowar w/ high caliber naturally kicked for 2 shot head shots for days
8 months late but chaos you forgot to mention the as vals broken cross mapping ability at its release with the spr rounds
ACR from MW3 us the best AR in CoD history in my opinion as well. And it was better than MW2 version in every way, and had better iron sights.

The MW2 FAMAS was definitely better than the COD4 M16, but SO many weapons were so broken in MW2. Compare that to COD4 where the competition was nowhere near as competitive.
BO1 AK was slightly better than COD4 imo

I guessed the MW3 ACR. HC SND lobbies were littered with them. Love the gun. Biggest snub from this list is the NV4 from Infinite Warfare. It was literally cheating when you used that gun.

I agree with this list. I would like to give honorable mention to Man-O-War from BO3. With Stock, High Caliber and Rapid Fire/Grip that thing melted like marshmallows. And the burst M8 from BO3 similar to one from BO2 I forgot it’s name

The Fal OSW will always have a place in my heart, I got my first 30 bomb with it and dual wield 5-7
Heck yeah, who needs a sniper rifle when the FAL OSW is so accurate and powerful that I can do a sniper role and deadly performance up close.
I used select fire and it just felt so good, u didn’t even need a trigger finger it was that good

I think the AMAX should've been near the bottom of this list (16-20). That was an absolute tank of an AR. Especially in warzone if you took that into consideration. High skill weapon and that made it so much better. I also bet that the 74u from Mw2022 would be on here if this vid was remade.
Jimmy I love you man but you're discrediting yourself because some of the guns on this list are from games that you didn't even play. Just look at the guns that you got in the top 12 with 12 being the ACR, come on man this actually sounds like you don't know anything about Call of Duty
That mw3 acr was actually busted. I played a ton of mw3 back then and trust me it was broken.
The KN-44 was maybe the 5th best ar in BO3 (M8, Man-o-War, Sheiva, HVK) and he put it over the MW2 ACR????
I would probably take the XR-2 and possibly the ICR over it as well. This is is like 5 ranking videos in a row where it seems like he has never played BO3 before.
M8 was clearly the best one there and you can't change my mind about that.

AUG from BO1 didnt make the list but has the exact same stats as the Famas bar the recoil. That gun was so slept on.
