Yes. It is. IMO, it's better than FW3A. You don't have to worry you'd burn your own pocket thanks to the its side switch. Plus it has a magnetic tailcap, has it own diffuser and better clip design than FW3A
I definitely prefer click for off, but when I edc a non-“regular” UI, after a few days of use my brain switches. But you have to use it regularly for sure.

The D4V2 and D1 definitely have different tubes, sorry.
