I just got a similar experience but I was a Morgana mid against Malph. Can tell by his name alone that he got ego (it was "bovo mo pre" which means "you're stupid/dumb" in Tagalog). He was typing all game about how I miss my Q's when he literally has a point and click Q. He also drops a question mark everytime he kills me (which were like 2 times). Doesn't matter tho cuz his full AP strat had nothing on my Morgana spam W burn strat. We ended up winning and he never said anything since I got around 4 kills (I was 8/3/11)
Lesson is just sit and play silently. Also learn to respect the Root Sisters
