Chill guys he is tasting everything, trying maximum dishes, I don't think one person can eat that much food. Definitely he would have given the balance food to someone or wasted. Fish is not read meat, only red meat he had was beaf which was very little quantity if you ask me. Carbohydrates are more bad for the body compared to proteins. See how much carbs an average south Indian consumes is way more than what is required.
