I think one of my favorite aspects of his character is his hypocrisy. For all his views and opinions on humans Ramattra himself embodies those traits he hates. A key/obvious example here is his threat of ‘freeing’ BOB like he’s ‘freed’ many Omnics already through force and Indoctrination as Vivian points out.

In regards to Ashe being defensive about B.O.B., it would be curious if Ramattra managed to get his hands on the butler in the story, which leads to Ashe having an updated play style where her Ultimate no longer summons B.O.B. In turn, B.O.B. becomes a playable character, albeit controlled to work for Null Sector.

Ramattra is frustrated that Venture is letting the possibility they *might* have asthma stop them from following in the footsteps of the mother of sentient omnics. I think the frustration is made worse by the fact that he at first seems slightly impressed that a human is taking interest in omnics.
Venture is an Archaeologists that means she deals with dust and dirt constantly so her having asthma is most likely a lie that she made to cover up the fact that she doesn’t have a reason to NOT go Ramatra can see through this lie because frankly it’s a terrible one and in reality venture most likely doesn’t care about the monetary
