- The All New Hyperrider Type 2 Crush Gaurd. Which protects the engine casing, the radiator and the petrol tank in case of any fall. Its a 16 gauge 2 piece crush guard with enough space between the crush guard and the radiator and an amazing frame slider attached to it. The new crash guard is designed in way to protect the engine casing and the petrol tank also. The crash guard is a two-piece crash guard so it's make it every strong and study. After Crash if "the lower piece gets damage you can replace just the lower part you don't have to buy the whole crash guard".The slider are made of CNC machined Delrin. The Delrin are matte anodised to give a distinct look! And Even in impact it wouldn’t break but only the screws might bend but not the crush guard or the frame slider! And you can come and buy the screws again! and it weights only 5kgs.
The lesser the weight the better.

While this product is designed with good intentions, the manufacturing and quality is a BIG let down. I bought this for my Dominar 400 (2020 model). I got the shipment with a half the bolts of the correct size and half the bolts of the wrong size. Had to do a lot of follow up to get the replacement bolts and this time there were no nylon washers for the bolts (there were no nylon washers for the wrong size bolts sent originally). So I bought the nylon washers from a local shop. Tried to fit the crash guards. Unfortunately out of the 4 pieces only one top piece fit out of the box. For the other top piece, I had to do a lot filing to align one of the holes for the bolt to go into the threaded hole on the bike. Both the bottom pieces cannot be fitted because they are completely misaligned at multiple places. No filing to enlarge the holes will help since in both the pieces, the metal plates with the hole ends up completely off from the threaded hole. So there is no way those pieces can be aligned without cutting the end plates and rewelding them. So it looks like there is no jigs/fixtures to position these while welding them and they are not even trying them out before shipping to customers. Shipping them back would cost me another 800 to 1000 rupees and there is no guarantee that the replacement pieces would be a perfect fit. So at the end, I have only managed to fit the top pieces that too after several trials and doing a lot of manual filing and then painting the filed areas black. Would advise you to go for these only if you are in Bangalore so that you can get it fitted there itself.
I had posted this comment earlier and was removed by Hyperrider. Rather than removing comments, you should fix the products. I still have two pieces of the crash guard lying in a bin.

The aggregation or style of this crash guard couldn't impressed the audience in this polythene wrapping. Your video came to an end still we could not able to look the real look of this crash guard.You have made a very informative video but miss the final looking of the bike after installations.
