and thats the only knock against jr his inconsistency.he can shoot from anywhere,he has exquisite footwork,smooth game sweet looking jumpshot,one of the best dunkers,athletes in the world.When he misses field goals he loses his confidence with ease defensively and offensively.If he was a consistent and accurate player he would have been a superstar of the highest order,no doubt..
I always thought that J.R. had superstar potential, unfortunately his mind couldn´t keep up with his talent back then. But since he teamed up with Lebron he became one of the best SGs in the league. Just imagine J.R. and Lebron would have met earlier in their careers, what a great tandem they could have been for many years.
