KobiCool if this is still a relevant question I would recommend pc if you computer can handle it, I okay d2 and I prefer d3 on pc over console it has a simpler layout on pc

Actually, since my post, I've done some research and as confusing as its been (due to inaccuracies and changes) I believe I've found the answers. Firstly goblin rifts are NOT playable on ps3/Xbox 360 versions. They along with many new features were added via patch update 2.1 which is also avaliable on ps4/Xbox one. Ps3/Xbox 360 are on an older hybrid patch meaning we get the bugged kadala, and minor rifts only with 4 levels, also no kanais cube. Hope that answered the question for those who still didn't know.
+Shikari Leto After canais cube was added to the game you can place a single puzzle ring in the cube press transmute or whatever the button is named :P and it will open up a portal , same as bovaine axe which opens up the cow lvl portal :) happy hunting and looting mate
I also run a Thorns build and life changing. I use bombardment and have a skill that doubles the barrels that deal my thorns. if you check it out I promise cleaning up crowds and the goblins will be so much easier... (I have it for Xbox1)
I have played this and have three toons at level 100+ and I never see drops like that. I have never once seen two legendaries drop at once either. I have been to all areas, this place twice, and nothing. Playing on tournament level 3 or higher all the time. I really think that people that get drops like this hack. That or my Ultimate Evil edition really is evil and hates me, which makes the relationship mutal in that respect when talking about loot drops. For those that have a hard time finding this place, just run through maps and hunts, watching for the laughing gold goblin, he will be the radiant gold one, there is a visible difference. There is also the a couple of other variants, you should be able to find an image online.
+Mixed Interests I got this playing on torment 3 and got 5 legendarys in the level 3 dropped out of the chest and 30 million gold. I am not a hacker. Your game hates you.

no goblins ? swear when I went in it I had one around every corner. it made it hard to get them but hey haha I still had them.

You play bounties and when you try to kill a treasure goblin sometimes (like 1 out of 10 chances) it'll open a portal to the vault and you hop in.

Yeah pc has more fine control for sure, they did well with the controller though, especially for ranged characters like the wiz and demon hunter.
