Sydney of course! We have plenty of hipster neighbourhoods too, like Newton, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Marrickville, Erskineville, Chippendale, St Peters, Balmain, but Melbourne doesn't have our beach culture like Freshwater, Tamarama, Manly, Bondi, Palm Beach, Cronulla. We're also surrounded by amazing National Parks and beaches. North we have Central Coast, South we have Shellharbour, Kiama area. Melbourne is ok, but the sheer scale and diversity of Sydney is 💯😊
Sydney off course! Melbourne is great But lacks something.. I have lived in Melbourne a while, love the place, but as soon as I have done all the tourist things, nothing to entice me to stay longer. Tailed it back to Sydney. Live here since 1977. But, I agree coffee in Melbourne taste better than Sydney. You should go Manly beach too n have fish n chips... Come in August, to join in the City to Surf. Marathon. You will never forget the experience...
I thought you guys will choose Melbourne to stay as MoMo’s brother is there, but I guess UK would be easier for HKongers who hold BNO visa to start a new chapter in LIFE……all the very best wherever you chose, be MERRY, be HEALTHY 🥰
It's relative. Years ago, I would agree with you that Sydney is a little more expensive. But Melbourne now being one of the most liveable cities in the world had caught up. A cup of coffee is similar price to Sydney. If you like artisan breads, Melbourne takes the cake. I paid $4.50 for a slice of bread in South Melbourne markets in 2017!!!

去過三個城市其實都好舒服！各有各好
Sydney Bondi Beach 有個coastal walk - 要花2-3 鐘，但風景超靚。如果遇上一年一度的Sculpture by the Sea exhibition 會更正！
墨爾本適合生活，悉尼適合旅行，布里斯本適合退休養老，腹地廣大的澳洲，讓人玩不完，感覺會一直再回去的😂
我住係悉尼，悉尼天氣已經完勝墨爾本啦

其實要去road trip 既地方melb好快就玩哂，天氣又不及syd會落雨多好多，所以感覺上melb 既人更laid back？Cafe scenery 更強。不過Sydney d cafe 都進步得好快 ～ melb 既cafe 都開到syd啦～ 不過點都好澳洲都係一個好地方！
MELB同SYD我都住過,最後決定住SYD,因為天氣比MELB要好,唔會勁凍勁熱,而且人氣比MELB集D同好D,
MELB唔好天會好易令人抑鬱, 因為太凍太大風太冷清

Melbourne 的氣候偏冷，蟑螂是扁扁黑色約一吋長的，不會飛。Sydney 較暖，蟑螂是港式的（Brisbane 也是）

移民的话，钱少就去墨尔本，钱多就去悉尼。澳洲城市里个人觉得Sydney和Perth最靓。

人傑地靈!!
Melbourne 除了有Great Ocean Road, 還有Beach Road, Coastal suburban 有10公里長, 白滑海灘, 行人徑, 單車徑, 車路, 沿岸有設計美侖美奐向海靚屋. 另外Mornington Peninsula, 嘩, 又是一個被海景美絕的靚灘包圍的半島. Mel.還有好多去處, Sydney就是海港, Bondi, 藍山, 高樓人流及崎嶇不平的公路. 但人氣確比墨市旺.
