Time to update my music playlist~
ive earned some money and decided to shoot some few celebration food for my mom's bday. I did bought them food but the problem was our food delivery waited too much long because i was having a hard time to cash out and transaction. It probably made them annoyed. After that i thought everything was finally well but during our eat which was few hours after, it was awkward and silent. I don't know if i will feel proud for buying foods or not. Now I'm listening here to convince myself that I did great for being able to to buy a birthday food for my mom when during my birthday, there isnt. Like.. izh just.. what's the worth of buying them food when there isn't a happy celebration.
don't feel bad about it... maybe your mom felt guilty about you paying for the food (and if she didn't she probably will feel guilty later for not being celebratory enough), maybe there's something on her mind (ask her about it), maybe you were overestimating her reaction when you imagined it and didn't see that she was actually enjoying it
