    How relaxed I feel now, after just laying on the floor, through no vocals over the second half of this beautiful new meditation. It feels so great to feel so relaxed when I have just finished a guided meditation that I listened to from the floor.

    This is so peaceful! The colors of the lotus flowers are just so so beautiful, soft, relaxing. The reflection in the water helps unwind even more. Thank you for this rebalancing of the chakra system. You are so talented. Much love to you 🙏🏻💖

    Are all meditations specific to one thing or are they about generally relaxing and calming down?

      This once is specific, most (that we do) are about sleeping and relaxing, although there are some specific to healing etc. But the act of meditating to anything is what helps

      We never do meditations on negative things (or not now, since we did at the very beginning and much more practiced people said never do it. Why>) Well, if you concentrate our ask people to think about their fears, it is counterproductive. They’ll only think of their fears even more. Meditation does change the brain, but it is the act of meditating that is key. It’s just doing it, daily, making it part of your life that helps, not being told to not fear. It’s like saying ‘Don’t think about pink elephants’

      To conquer our fears, we need to do shadow work to discover the root of the fear. Address the root. ❤

    My heart started hurting towards the end of this, and the sides of my head, like the sides of my forehead, diagonal to my eyebrows hurt through this a lot too.... I feel the energy at throughout this so I know I was immersed!... I would feel waves of tiredness I think, but the sides of my forehead (my side upper face) hurt a lot and it also did like this behind my eyes. Its like my eyes were trying to give into sleep but the blockage/ pain was in the way. What does this mean. Do I have blockages? I also tried humming like how monks do to stimulate the energy, but my throat kept hurting and choking up... I wonder if seeing an energy healer would help me???

      It depends, because life happens; you may be in situations that make them feel out of whack. We tend to do it about once a week
