Hiii simmers! For upcoming pack I’ve built an apartment with 6 units.
On the ground floor you have: reception area, public bathrooms, bar room, indoor hot tub, gym, sauna, 8 outdoor parking spaces, outdoor grill & bar area with seating, dining space, pool with lounges, kids area.
First floor: 1. Unit with kitchen, dining, living area, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom and kids bedroom + balcony, 2. Unit with kitchen, dining, living area, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom and office + balcony.
Second Floor: 3. Unit with kitchen, dining, living area, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom and kids bedroom + balcony, 4. Unit with kitchen, dining, living area, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom and office + balcony.
