It’s the kind of book that can be read and its exercises worked by yourself or in a group. I’m learning so much from the book in my small recovery group, and I recommend it to anyone.
While it is really upsetting, the ban of the abaya shouldn't really matter considering they aren't even allowed to wear the headscarf. French schools require that any head covering must be removed before entering the premises.
