marco rodriguez God Rugal has 1150 HP and can touch of death most of the cast with A-ISM. Shin Akuma has 950 and can also touch of death. Also, their Raging Demon's instant kill the entire cast, plus Rugal has a 13 hit hit-grab that deals 95% to almost everyone, and Akuma has a 3 frame overhead super that tracks and deals 90%. Both are banned for very obvious reasons.
