Mark you it is a prope against former Rivers State Govt which the benefactor was a factor - the Accounting officer of Rivers State treasury. It means that Fubara sets a panel to probe himself.In govt, permanent secretary is the accounting officers of income and expenditure of the funds, who does due process, and approvals done by commissioners,not the gov. Gov is the chief security officer of the state. So it's exercise in futility.

Listening to these two men speak English language, analyze socio-political and economic issues in Rivers State vis-a Nigeria brought joy to me that the acquisition of knowledge through education is not after all a waste, while at the same time filled with unbearable angst in terms of how we ended up having imbeciles as our leaders in this country... I just pray/hope that our youths can see the massive potentials this country is endowed with.
