It's emotionally draining, i really don't get why people think it's healthy to just up and leave without an explanation or just distancing themselves from you. I get that sometimes it's the best move that someone can make but that is understandable when you are in a toxic friendship and you have been letting your friend know about things that they do that you don't like or hurt you and they are not even putting an effort to right their wrongs or change their behaviour but to just up and leave, it's not fair for the other friend coz they don't know what they did to you and them always coming to you for clarity on y'alls friendship is something else coz to them it seems like they are the only ones who care about the friendship.
