THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for your simple demonstration.
No nonsense but got right into it.
Within 30 seconds I could pull apart a pipe I’ve been studying how to remove for nearly 3 days now 🤗👏😄👍🤪
Thank you so much kind sir!!!
    Blessings,
    Daniel

I think your films are very useful. I am useless at repairing things myself, but they help me to know what work needs to be done.

Do not just ignore it if your water pump seems to operate when the taps are not in use, these Trauma systems use a pressurised system and if it starts leaking it will try to re pressurise the system until you run out of water. We arrived at a show with our auto sleeper Lancashire and that night noticed the pump would run intermittently, then we noticed water coming out from under the drawer/ wardrobe which has the water heater underneath. I removed the drawers and cover to find the hot water feed pipe from the water heater had a hole in it caused by the fact it had been routed over the bathroom heater ducting. I patched it with tape and we looked for any vendors who did repairs at the show but no luck so I bought some self amalgamating tape, used by plumbers for emergency repairs, and re did the repair with the tape which lasted the rest of the weekend. I have now replaced the pipe and have kept a length of the old pipe and two john guest straight connectors just in case it happens again and self amalgamating tape on the van.

Should you use pipe inserts with this whale semi rigid 12mm pipe? I’d feel much better if I could find the right ones to use. JG inserts are not supposed to be used with this pipe... I’m confused!

hello - do you have any video instruction on removing a caravan bathroom sink as well as the whale mixer tap/shower to then replace with instructions too? i like your old school instruction style very much and f ound this to be very helpful indeed.

Hi first time with our motorhome how do u put the water heater on

charlie lucas depends what type it is. First requirement is to make sure the tank is full, then look for your electric mains control unit. It should say water heater so turn it on there.

Can somebody please tell me where that drain down tap comes from I have been searching for it with no luck

ianinter2 it's under the lounge seat. It's a yellow tap with a flip up lever. Flip it up and water will drain. Open the Taos and leave it all open. Make sure you close it when refilling again otherwise you'll be all day trying to fill, when the water will just be running right through underneath!
