I so agree on Madagascan Jasmin and on what you say about Michel Roudnitska being Edmond's son and his student having become a master of his own. I love how he has placed the oakmoss in this. I blindbought it based on this video btw and am very happy with it. Had this been released at Dior they might have called it “Dioradage“ , to continue a family tradition ....
Very interesting list! Coincidentally, I just retested Seville A L'Aube the night before I watched this. I'm intrigued by Grandiflora, as well. One fragrance that I think would fit in the romance dept. would be Eight & Bob Original. There's something quite sexy about it. Thanks, Mr. P!
Great list and appreciate you omitted the classics although Valentine's for me is always Chanel No. 5. Rogue Perfumery Jasmin Antique is one of the best jasmine fragrances I have ever tried - recently purchased a FB along with some others. Thoroughly enjoy your reviews and would love a review of this house along with Anka Kus Parfum (fabulous indie Australian house). Cheers
Thank you for watching, and for those tips. I remember I ordered a sample of the Rogue last year, and after an initial sniff, I told myself I really needed to return to it.
My romantic perfume picks are: La dame aux camélias by Jardins d'écrivains and Chant d'arômes by Guerlain . Déclaration d'un soir would be romantic on a man Happy Valentines day everyone!
Since I tried Cuir de Chine from Les Indemodables, I've been on a search for other fruity/ fruity-floral suede perfumes. How would you compare Hermes's Galop to that one? Thank you!

Wow, that’s so kind. Thank you!
Love Seville a L’Aube... my favourite orange blossom so far in my scent journey.
It really is beautiful.
Many thanks for watching.

A bottle of Grandiflora Madagascan Jasmine (new bottle design) shattered in my house recently. I’m swimming in romance 🤍
Oh my goodness, that's terrible... although your house must smell extraordinary!
Thanks for watching.
I don’t believe in back-up bottles, but I have one of Seville a l’Aube.
I don’t blame you.
Thanks for watching.

Can you review “Rocabar” by Hermeś, please.
I'll do my best. Thanks for watching.
Rocabar would be great. Yes please!

I’d say the Hermes is heavier on rose.
Thanks for watching.
@@Persolaise Thank you. I was quite touched by the CdC but found it maybe a bit ''unfinished''..
