Every single day after work I take my car and drift on some abandoned tracks or drive it through the hills outside of my area. Just a year ago I didnt even possess a license. We still have a long way to go before times like these goes completely extinct. So do not fear and do not give up on the things you want to do!
People in Japan still use CB radios and go to mountain passes every weekend. This hasn't died.. but people don't record it anymore. With the internet, you'd be incriminating yourself uploading it. That's why it was all locally talked about and shared via VHS. Blame the internet.
