It is good to monitor your moods ect. When you start to see some think you are not happy with change your thinking, do some think to try and chance. Over time you can learn to have some control stopping it getting very bad. Bipolar can be good as long as you do not let it get very bad. One of my friends wanted the extra energy I have when I am a little hyper. People that are always the same or boring.
