I bought one of these about a year ago, this thing is tough as nails and with the balance it has its perfect for big jumps. Ive hit pavements, metal fences and taken it to the skate park without any breakage. One of the best SC trucks out there.
Yerhh thats the overall impression I get. The MT10 platform seems pretty bullet proof. I took my MT10 the skatepark and hit it hard. Nothing broke. th-cam.com/video/5LpZs8Nv76A/w-d-xo.html
fantastic truck, tires are definitely not made for grass, although it coped pretty well, great rip on gravel where it comes alive ,think its the esc not the motor that was struggling 👍👍😀😀👌👌
Yerhh you may have a point. They don't cut the grass here often which is a shame. I know another place I can take it. Will get it out again soon. Cheers for tuning in.
Those two cars are in my basket too ready to buy. May give Typhon a go too. Waiting to see what is coming next. Have the seens the black out picture from Arrma of the next car coming soon?
✌🏻😎🏴 When everyone was pushing the MT10 & assuming everyone wanted a monster truck I was telling people that they have an SCT on the same platform but hardly anyone was suggesting the SCT on TH-cam. I thought it was strange because lots of people don’t even like monster trucks.
@@FullOnRC BLX system out of Senton 3s the motor fits in nice because its slighty longer. Yeah runs great on 3s so far because its the same drivetrain as the Gorgon thats said to be bomb proof.
@@beandean356 I think that power system is similar to what I have put in my Fury. I put a Hobbywing QUICRUN Combo QR10BL120 G2 and 3652SL 3250kV G2 Motor in mine. But I don't think the power delivery is as smooth as the BLX system.
@@FullOnRC Sometimes i find it better to just buy a whole car than separate electronics and just use them as parts cars so i have many BLX electronics/parts.
I put a 120amp esc 3660 3200kv SL hobbywing combo in my MT10 with a 15t pinion. No overheating with fan and heatsink. 3660 is the biggest motor unless you dremel the chassis. Or get a 3652 sensored from hobbywing as the 3665s to long. Get an upgraded motor mount with a heavier motor as it may keep bending.
Yerhh been looking at a motor plate for this and MT10. I think Modelsport do a carbon fibre one. Regarding electronics I was looking at Hobbywing QUICRUN Combo QR10BL120 G2 and 3652SL 3250kV G2 Motor. They seem pretty cheap so not sure what performance will be like.
@FullOnRC Get the 3660 size with the motor plate up the pinon. Or the 3700kv and check temps and lower pinion if they high. Should be quicker on 2s with 3700kv for racing lol. Pro line gladiators will improve the handerling offroad. I'd only get the 3652 size in the sensored combo.
@FullOnRC No, but I've seen people who do lol Your alot more experienced than me in the hobby. I have experience upgrading the MT10 mostly, but it's nearly the same lol 3652 dosent have the grunt to get out of the corners quicker than people running a 3660 or 3665. Had the SC10 Pro 4 and traded it in at Rochester Rc for the new Senton and Vorteks lol
Diff tuning I guess. I have just done the diffs on this. Join the MC10/Mt10 groups on Facebook if not already. A lot of well informed guys in there who race the SCT and all kinds.
Love my pro4 . All I did was put thicker oil in all the difs and a set if badlands tires. It's awesome

Yerhh I only got wind of this RC through a comment from my TH-cam community. Glad it came to my attention TBH.
Got the SC10 Pro2 version and yeah its a really nice truck on 2s. My Arrma Fury is better for 3s and again another great RC for the money.
