A question here is that zapier = 20$/m , Manychat = 15$/m and VoiceFlow = 50$/m Total = roughly < 100 why would a company hire me or my agency on $2950 for this/recurring task. INSTEAD woudnt they prefer going to freelance platforms like upwork or fiverr (list goes on...) and hiring / completing this task in very cheap price (with same quality) considering $3k amount ?? OR if everyone is busy and want to outsource their automation/AI tasks to AiAA ??

Do you know why the client decided not to use the chatbot apps that integrate with Shopify? Just asking in case it comes up in conversation when pitching to a Shopify store owner. Have you ever worked with these apps (Tidio with Lyra AI I think are the main ones)?
Hey Liam. When the bot asks the ' Do you have any other questions' prompt ( around 46 mins ), what happens if the user just types a new question. I personally never reply yes or no to these prompts in bots, I just ask the next question. Is the new question treated as a positive reply, in which case the bot will ask a now redundant question of 'what can I help you with'. If it returns the new question as 'no', once again it will return to a wrong position, or does it just answer the question. If it does does just answer the question, does that leave the workflow hanging without a next step? I never use the 'Do you have any other questions' prompt so not sure of the outcome.
The template has better If and Or conditions and that’s what you need to configure. For this demo I just put yes and no as we was moving through it, but the reality is you need to configure those variable conditions

What would be a great follow up is the api integration and how to use the data etc plus the work your team does on the prompting etc as this is the area that most people fail on and find most difficult. I was surprised you used the ' never mention you are AI' prompt as negative prompts are notoriously poor for execution. The problem is how to word it differently in a postive way.
They are pre set, but you can creat endless variations, the way it works is when the AI thinks customer will like X product it will then send them to the related card, does that make sense? If you're in The Network check out the template and you'll see it
