    I'm a 'mum dad' (honestly, dad mum sounds better 😂) and that depressed phase lasted for more than 6 months for me. Lots of relatable truths in here including the conversation on music. Keep going!

    I loved this conversation, it was vulnerable and at the same time authentic. This is one of those conversations that should be turned into a series. Ted has a lot of wisdom to share and it was soo well moderated.
