embankment work on sea or lake is never done with a mechanical shovel because it scatters the embankment which will dissolve in the water but not compressed. so you have to use the push bulldozer for the backfill compressed on the water. Do your job well and don't waste your time. if you want your project to move forward as soon as possible.
add one more thing if you want the project to move forward...........keep the nosy UNQUALIFIED GOV'T the heck out of the job.......what a beautiful sight,,,,,,,,truck after truck and the dozer working like a well oiled machine,,,,,,,,,like it USED TO BE IN THIS COUNTRY............WHEN THERE WERE'NT A BUNCK OF TWO BIT KNOW NOTHING KNOW IT ALLS IN THE WAY.............
