02:30 - Kendrick & Drake Beef from Euphoria Onwards
31:00 - Kendrick's Meticulous Approach vs. Drake's Lazy/Underestimation
58:30 - Drake's still too friendly & Do people wish on his downfall?
1:13:46 As an American hearing this part of the convo it’s clear that there’s a misunderstanding of what Kendrick meant. And many Americans feel the same way. Drake STEALS peoples original styles, sounds, etc. It’s not about a moment or damned if you do damned if you don’t. It’s that he uses and disposes of people like a used tissue when they’ve outlived their usefulness. And he uses them for what he lacks CULTURE and COOL factor. Most recent and small example Smino amazing smaller rapper has had HIS OWN style for years now: natural hair and barrettes. Drake stole that for his most recent “era”. He does it to everyone and the lucky ones are the ones that he formed a relationship with where he can go back to use them more than once like the ATL trappers. 21 to make him sound hard and hood, Future to him sound cool and reach the strippers and clubs etc. That’s cultural currency that he uses to propel himself while never actually doing anything FOR the culture. Someone using another’s cultural currency makes him a culture vulture or as Kendrick best put it a COLONIZER
Big up yaself
Thank you for putting it that, esp. with the Smino example
I wish everyone can see this before talking about this topic! Genuinely the cultural disconnect is so apparent when non Americans or non African Americans speak. It has nothing to do with drake’s jewish or mixed identity, which Kendrick made clear when he said Adonis was “a black man,” which for me is debatable but that’s not my business 😂
@@Nyeb2002 Right. He said that little boy with blue eye who is a quarter black at the most was a Black man. Kendrick don't care about race at all. It was about the culture and behavior.
EXACTLY. Why do Future and Drake have beef? There has to be several factors but I think Drake's collaboration with 21 Savage is part of it. Future clearly felt some type of way because he was a long-time collaborator with Drake, even working with him for a whole album. But Future feels like Drake essentially discarded him to work with 21 Savage. both from Atlanta. Both made music that appealed to the streets and the clubs. Future is THE BIGGEST rapper when it comes to Atlanta. Instead of working with him, Drake chose 21 Savage who would have been Future competition because 21 Savage is younger/appealing to younger people. He just moved on to the next guy not thinking about his older relationships.
People dont want to put respect on Kendrick's name, but his accomplishments are up there with Drake.
● 17 grammys to Drakes 5
● Pulitzer Prize for Damn
● Longest charting hip-hop album in billboard history 11.5 years GKMC
● Highest grossing hip-hop tour in history with the Big Steppers tour
● 3 out of his 5 albums are classics where Drake has released 13 albums & only 3 or 4 are classics, most of which have an * next to them because of the 👻 writers.
Take Care is his best body of work & The Weeknd pretty much wrote that for him.
Drake can try to son him all he wants, but that doesn't. Kendrick just doesn't brag, he be inside.
Well said, fam
The Grammys are politics so I don’t count them. Same with the Pulitzer. But Kendrick is still that guy, I just don’t think he needs the awards to validate why he’s iconic
The Grammys I will give you, but you don't put yourself up for a Pulitzer. The BOARD decides if you should get 1.
Kendrick is a way better rapper than bbl drizzy who used ghostwriters
@@dontayz99they don’t just give out Pulitzers. Hence why the only hip hop artist to get one is Kendrick.
That analogy of being in the club and slapping a dude absolutely found its target 😂😂😂... Kendrick is a psycho and Drake became oblivious due to his arrogance 💯💯
A part of me believes Drake kept going at multiple people so that he'd have a ready made excuse for if he loses. He could always say "Everyone was going at me, it wasn't one on one"
Facts and I don’t believe he had enough ammo for Kendrick no wonder he spent half of family matters dissing irrelevant people like Weeknd, Future, Rozay and Metro just to make filler bars, he only dissed Kendrick for probably 2 minutes
@@tatenda2706 thats even more pussy tbh he went at weaker opponents for light sneak disses but kept it light when Kendrick openly disrespects you with name drops and personal shots smh
So that raises the question (for Drake) why was everyone going against him. Ok Dude lacks the self awareness to think like that but he MUST KNOW that when you sit at the top for a while you become a target. Ni66a did not cover his a$$, in fact it seems he only kept making more enemies
What you do if you grew up in the hood and a bunch of losers are ganging up on you? You go HAM on the biggest / strongest one, the leader. Leave a mark on that SOB that he won't forget. That's what you do. Don't waste your time on the flunkeys and stooges.
If you lose, you at least will be acknowledged as a brave MF that should be left alone from then on, as someone who's not fun to play with. If you win, you gain the respect of every single one of em
Drake lacks the "hood mentality".
Man kendrick truly has quotables from this beef so many lines that will be said years from now that will jog the memory. Truly a all time beef and win by dot
"Beat yo ass and hide the Bible if God watching" 😂
IS IT THE BRAIDSSSSSS!
@@AnimeVillageAMV I said that to my son this weekend when he forgot to take the trash out😂
To be fair, Drake has, "I was really, really tryin' to keep it PG."
I can't get that corny shit out of my head, but it does make me chuckle.
@goreyfantod5213 Yh the PG line makes me laugh. Also Drake saying "Pipe down pipsqueak" made me chuckle too. 😂😂😂
Drake's fatal mistake was mentioning Kendrick's bm.
Which he hasn’t denied Puting hands on.. so there was no mistake but we miss toke and declared Kendrick the winner
@@stephanmbenti2855he doesn’t have to deny anything, sometimes denying allegations actually makes you look more guilty, do you know how double negatives work ?
@@stephanmbenti2855 he hasn't had to, because it doesn't align with how the public perceives him. It was a mistake by Drake because he's more of an open book than Kendrick. So Kendrick would have more ammo on him
@@LondonEventClips Kendrick’s last album was a whole open book.
@@LondonEventClips thank you, took the words right out of my mouth, Kendrick lives a private life no wonder on 6:16 he had the bar “you put money in the streets came back with no receipts I’m sorry I live a boring life”

Not like Us was recent because Kendrick mentions Drake doubled down calling black Americans “slaves”….he walked right into being called a colonizer
"A minoooooooor" is also a response to "Dave Freeeeeeeh" from Drake's Family Matters. So the song has lots of parts that are fresh.
for the record, kendrick has bigged up simz and it feels inevitable that they work together
Shes another real artist. Modern day Lauryn Hill.
I was thinking exactly this, she is kinda the female version of him, London slang down pat but very connected to her Naija roots. KDot must've heard her spittin' Venom
Every time Mitch talks I remember why i like (pause) this brudda!!!
He’s easily the most qualified to discuss this beef out of all the HC regulars
Resume
You really don’t need to pause, it’s safe g
Where Kendrick got him was when he represented where he was from and Drake could not do that, that’s why They Not Like Us hit so hard!!!
Mitch was very objective, credit to him
He knows he was super glazing first go round (and i hate that glazing buzz word) but he was waaaay to passionate for us not to know his love for drake was deeper than music, drake actually represented him as a person. This is a learning period for all drake fans. i cant call anyone a student of the game who rates drake highly.
A lot of ppl doesn't like Drake because he's disrespectful to ppl and the black American culture. He should've took Wayne advice and be himself. It's not that he's Canadian, again, he's disrespectful. According to Joe Budden, its a character flaw. Some ppl can't handle fame and power.
If Drake was telling the truth then why not show why he believes his lies besides IG likes. Also, the reason Dave Free doesn't have to respond because no one believes Drake and by responding it then opens that topic to more debate.
😂😂 yeah after all that trash talking on Kendrick’s family his great groundbreaking evidence is Dave posting a heart emoji on his girls instagram page… oh and the fact Kendrick isn’t following her on his social media page that he literally never even uses😂😂 releasing family matters was a HUGE mistake
Do we forget that one dance was a Wiz kid track and hotline bling was a track that was stolen too... Hell take care is the weekend. He's a teef
Kendrick has worked with Lil Simz
Didn't nobody ever question CLB cover of those pregnant women..
This is why kendrick stans look crazy 😂
Stand for something or fall for anything. Is what Drake stands for money and girls? Can you really attach him to artist development as a whole? Idk. I think that’s the main issue with Drake dipping and diving with so many artists all over the place. What’s his rap ✨aesthetic✨ if you will. His rap or hip hop philosophy? I don’t know if he has one.
And honestly he didn’t start from the bottom so.. if he was doing it for clout and fame. Perhaps he should’ve leaned into it a bit more. Kim K but rap. He’s proved with this he’s not necessarily about the music, not in any significant way anyway…
I bet drake wishes sooo bad that he could go back in time and not release family matters and say that stuff about Kendrick and his family. Kendrick even warned him very clearly on euphoria. Crazy. After what’s happened either his ego has gotten a massive reduction or his level of delusion has gotten a massive boost
This was a great convo. Drake isn’t taking anyone’s advice about taking a break. He is working on “summer vibes”
1:07:11 it's that he does it by being that person or borrowing their persona until it isn't hot anymore...who are you as a person and or artist, Eminem never switched who he was, Drake is whoever is hot or got a buzz does for it season tours for 2, leaves. rinse. repeat ...then sleeps with they girl...hides out in Turks until the next new artist pops...
Kendrick won, but I learned that people were really praying on Drake's downfall. Haven't seen people celebrate this much since Bin Laden got packed
What about R Kelly lol?
😂😂 DRAKE BEEN MID OVERRATED J COLE BETTER 2
Habahahahah😂 "since Ben Laden" 😂😂
Proper rap fans have always hated Drake!! Drakes has a separate fan base to rap rans
Best UK pod 🎉🎉 I was waiting for my UK dons to review this. 😅
This is only the second video ive seen of this channel and this host has such a NAIVE mentality. His takes on the beef shows how surface level he thinks. It's ok sometimes but in the matter of the topic, it's wild to see lol. The guest in this video and the other Kendrick/Drake video (guy with glasses) have the most common sense and in understanding what is happening and what was important.
Great episode, Mitch broke down this beef very well, Drake got complacent and took his eye off the ball
So happy you chose the right side. Big up Chuck
I'm proud of ovomitch being quite objective on here, there's nuance to the culture vulturism cause it's benefited the others too, but it also looks funny in the light, things like getting tatted BBK, the accents.. Kendrick did a double entendre.. Yes fan = freaky as.. But also he's a FAN of these cultures. Nothing wrong with that, just its a bit weird cause we don't know who he is, where as Kendrick, it's clear who he is, who he represents..
Kendrick has a moral code. He didn't mention an 11 year old's girl that potentially is Drake's daughter because that would impact that girl's life immensely. He didn't brought up people affiliated to Drake that are not in his Drake's close circle or in hip hop like Millie Bobby Brown. That's why he says not to speak on Serena Williams because she's not in hip hop or even in music and yet Aubrey was still taking shots on her
Been waiting for this and you both delivered !!👏👏👏👏
No one who rates drake highly is a student of the game. PERIOD.
Kendrick addressed the physical assault allegations years ago on The Breakfast Club and nobody is obligated to denounce the paternity lie that Drake made up to the public. Dave was an executive producer of the Pop up concert and Whitney and the kids were present to enjoy it also.
Kdot🏆

Just a big 1 now
This rap beef is bigger than just Drake vs Kendrick. He signed a 400 million dollar slave deal to major labels when he was independant/free agent and coulda became a major label himself an put ppl on from the culture himself properly without UMG or major label interferance. The major players in the industry looked at him sideway for that and went for his neck. Thats why all these big companies are doing damage control now that hes lost the rap beef
Not Like Us is being played at Disneyland . Donald Duck is singing OVEHOE
1:07:34 Love this conversation and you guys are great but a counter point/example to your question:
If you are a growing artist creating something new and unique in the art world… it is one thing for another more famous artist to host a joint exhibit with you and it’s another thing to take it and rebrand it as yours or to come paint in YOUR studio and then start putting out imitations.
You’re right that the partnerships have to happen… it’s how you partner that makes the difference.

I think Drake’s “confidence” is a facade. He got hella ghostwriters. And he knows he’s got hella ghostwriters. Why would he believe in himself?
No lie Chuckie trying his hardest to defend Drake Una 😂😂
You man forgot to mention how Kendrick clearly had the songs leaked to him so he could rub him out differently. Drake in family matters “dave freeeeeeeeee” kendrick purposely reused that for “A minorrrrrrrrrrrrr” direct response he definitely had the track before! Chess not checkers! Drake is outta hereeee

Drake lost it for me when he tried to diss the great Michael Jackson. Have some respect. Kendrick is the man.
when?
I really don't remember this. I learnt from this beef alot of rap fans don't understand bars or do gymnastics to make Drake say something he never said 😂😂 @@MaceyRG
Im glad you clocked that because how dare he ¿¿¿¿ Michael deffo had issues, but yikes! Comparing Michael’s (alleged) self-hate to Kendrick’s in that way is the same reason why he had the bar about Kendrick rapping like he wants to free da slaves - “you not a colleague, you a COLONIZER!”.
Michael Jackson isnt god lol
@@kaikoroma4072 The Michael Jackson estate should pull the MJ duet from Drakes album and teach him a lesson.
The key to this battle is Kendrick controlling the mood. Family matter was so lit, but meet the graham immediately change the mood to a much more dark feeling to where you didn’t wanna here drakes diss
This what I was waiting on
you know how you can tell Drake used writers? That "Bishop from Juice" line. I'll bet $100USD he's NEVER seen that movie.
I believe Drake has always beef afraid of Kendrick since his Control Verse
KnoxHill says the beef started before Control
There is no way Kendrick ever like Drake. Drake is so unlikeable to the authentic. Dot knew he was a try hard lame. Why the fuck Drake raps and speak in American accent at times???? Why not fully be yourself? I know that itched Dot.
Not ready and wasn’t prepared but screaming - drop drop. What’s taking you so long. This has been brewing for 10 years. Drake thought he could use social media and he was bigger than the culture. The culture has spoken.
Drake lost a lot of Black women in America with her loss. You don’t disrespect Serena or take shots at Rihanna. And there’s a standing rumor that female artists have to hook up with him in order to get a feature. Ice spice wouldn’t do it and this is why he hasn’t done anything with her. Look at Camilla cabello. She had to go to Turks to get her feature and it hasn’t been released because of the beef
Mitch speaking facts 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
PDFile ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh Mitch killed me with that one. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Massive respect to Craig for his objectivity. Would never have guessed Chuckie's constant 'devils advocacy' would have been rebuttaling OVO Mitch's analysis of why Drake got washed. Tables have well and truly turned. 😂
Loved the Jose Mourinho analogy 😂😂 still reckon this battle overall was sick because we got an improved Drake overall compared to last few years, definitely spit some hard bars and awesome songs but overall Kendrick was too good. In my opinion Drake was at his peak of powers from 2013 - 2016 when he made heaps of bangers and came out with IYRTITL, What a Time to Be Alive colab album with Future and then Views the next year. Push Ups/Family Matters are close to that peak level Drake. At least Drake is brave enough to go song for song against Kendrick, I doubt many others would do it. Hope to see Drake redeem himself in the future
Is Chuckie a real DJ, like for real?! For a person who's around music all the time, I find hard to believe he dont listen to the lyrics. Did you not here what kendrick was saying in his diss tracks. When Kendrick Lamar said "I'm what the culture is feeling" He spoke for everybody. People in the industry thinks Drake is corny, and portrays a fake persona and they know the real Drake who's lame and will be a lame regardless of the fame and money. So for him to dance around the question and say people hate Drake coz his this star and they want you to always fail to make it seem Drake is the underdog that everybody hates for no reason.
😂😂😂 watched it had child's birthday party that Saturday thank the Lord it was in a different town slept on the coach there😂😂😂😂
Thank god that dude was not advising Drake....dissing Michael Jackson..In a battle is a really smart move...😂
Glad you caught that because why is he dissing a deceased icon. When ever someone disses Michael Jackson the floodgates open and they get exposed for who they really are behind close doors
“Clearly I’m not going hard enough” best line of pod lmaoooo
Not like us is like andre3000 hey ya listen yo hey ya again and you will realise it’s a sad song
Chucks nah man it’s not that deep. You win by being yourself, don’t tattoo them on your body, don’t get too involved with their culture and we as the public couldn’t have an issue.
The problem with drake he moves like Diddy and Kendrick moves like jay z
Kendrick is A G!!!
He gave the name of the girl "Eternity"
I love Mitch's take on this amazing pod🔥🔥🔥
I agree Drake has positioned himself on the throne. He should’ve been paying attention to the land. He’s was too busy with his ego
I’ve been in lyrical war…all these songs were pre recorded before this kicked off
I kind of feel Mitch perspective. I'm millennial so that's the Golden Era.
1:32:17 “this one’s everybody’s bro” - is wild loool. The way man speak about gyal is so disrespectful
Someone said not like us is the anthem to catch predators
The hagler v herns of rap battles
Kendrick was never an underdog! Thats the frustrating thing 😂 I listen to both Drake and Kendrick. Kendrick was always had the hit making ability of Drake he’s just chooses to make music about things that are personal to him which is not always going to be relatable to large commercial audience
💯💯
Facts
Facts and that’s why Kendrick has and will always been the superior artist.
because the audience he rapping to is the actual culture not walmart and target shoppers. i know that they dont want to her we want revenge or reperations in walmart while shopping
Yeah I can’t believe drake initiated this lol especially after Kendrick very clearly warned him on euphoria. I guarantee drake really really regrets releasing family matters
You know who’s Jewish, grew up in Beverly Hills, and was IMMERSED in gangsta rap for DECADES, and NEVER has been accused of being a 'Culture Vulture' -- The Alchemist. Why do you think that is? Authenticity and a clear devotion to the culture.
The problem with Drake was that he aligned himself with culTures and sounds from places that he has no affiliation with for monetary gains and false credibility. People seen how he's moved for the last decade and that's where all the "resentment" or "rejection" comes from. His disingenuity was called out and resonated with way more people than his arrogance thought it would.
Bingo
this is the Pod everyone was waiting for
Drake thoght "Family matters" would be the ko. Hence him repeating "ya dead" at the end. Can't imagine how he reacted when "meet the grahams" dropped less than an hour later
I’m still in shock that he thought defeating Kendrick Lamar would be easy. Hubris.
He cried and fired the ghostwriters
Family Matters is actually a banger but not a diss hood beat and catchy flow. Kendrick bodied him
You can see, that's why he kept on the family angle, he was trying to walk Kendrick into it because he thought that track would be enough. But he had issues creating more lines and narratives about the info. A seasoned rapper could stretch that info into a good 10 mins if needed, but he kept bringing other artists into it. And for someone with writers that was appalling.
with that 2009 i promise i do drill flow 😩😩😩😩 if his voice wasnt so painful i may have cared what he was saying, i couldnt even play it to the end
Family Matters was hard! But after hearing meet the grahams In the whip I had to park up and sit in silence for a few mins to deep it.
Felt like a funeral fr
It was mad. The whole aura to the tune, the bars, the tone of voice and how he talked to his whole family was pure Kendrick.
Kendrick did not say a name out of respect for the child. No where in this battle did Kendrick disrespect anyone that did not deserve it. Meet the Graham’s uplifted the kids while tearing down Drake. That is the brilliance of it.
“No, you not a colleague, you a fuckin’ colonizer.” Is one of the greatest lines in rap history because it’s the truth. *
“You rapping like you’re trying to free the slaves.” 🤦🏽♂️ That Kendrick flip was legendary.
The idea that black Americans needed him to make music is most colonizer thing I’ve ever heard of. Wade In The Water is world famous and slaves made it.
When you guys talk about “being an outsider”, that is something every region in America outside of New York had to experience. The difference is LA didn’t try to sound like New York, Atlanta, Memphis, Houston, Miami, didn’t try to sound like New York. They crafted and developed their own sounds and let the world catch up. He never took over Toronto as a local artist. He’s cultural couch surfing from city to city, from style to style. When you say what was he supposed to do, the answer is be a champion for your own city FIRST. Where is the Toronto swag? Where is the Toronto slang? Don’t even wear a blue jays hat. Rap is a regional art form with a global platform and he approached it and himself like a product and the artistry passed him by.
Glad to see Mitch is more a student of Rap than Akademiks and Mal. Mal was jumping out the window his melt down was so bad.
Mal, ish and Ak should have a podcast about Drake and OVO. They shouldn’t talk about hip hop.
1:08:44 No. But Drake should probably have some sort of relationship with them. Drake really jumped from Skepta to Dave to Giggs to Headie One to J Hus to Central Cee. Seems he cares about who has the hype more than actually developing meaningful music relationships. Comes off as a phoney
Drake is the walmart ethnic food isle of music. They have the most popular foods from other cultures. If you saw someone who actually has their own culture (like kendrick) moving this way it would be weird but its normal behavior for whites.
Drake came to The States but he didn’t take over. From Day 1 he was put on by the biggest artists. From Wayne to Jay-Z, Kanye West…he was getting verses, beats, etc…from these guys. But then there was markets he couldn’t tap into until he linked with ATL. So for him to talk down to a J. Cole or a Kendrick is wild when Jay-Z signed Cole but backed Drake more only to have Drake start to go at him as though he’s above him. Likewise, Kendrick had Dr. Dre’s co-sign but you look through his projects they aren’t laced with Dr. Dre beats.
He instead chose to continue using producers he was in the mud with. A lot of Drake fans don’t know Future come from the legendary Dungeon Fam because he chose to go off on his own and get it out the mud. These are all things Drake never did. He came over here on borrowed and stolen styles/songs from Canada. And then he continued that same method throughout his career. Whenever one sound becomes stale he’ll move to the next hot sound. Where Kendrick and Cole are constantly carving out their own sounds, styles. Look how long it took for Kendrick to rock on a Mustard beat. And then he used two types of Westcoast delivery styles. Something he could have done long ago but he was busy forging his own path instead of wave-riding.
drake thinks he is superman and Kendrick understands he needs to be like batman who has a contingency plan to kill every superhero incase they ever went rogue
He’s a superman cosplayer. Featuring with Future on Like That cut him off from his Atlanta talent source. Notice how he talked about future on Family Matters.
Kendrick restored balance in the hiphop universe. He showed that you cannot deny the authentic greatness. He got the whole world signing and dancing to a song calling Drake a pedo 😂 how do you come back from that? KDot is the GOAT!
With the cover art being Drakes House 🏠 is crazy. He did him dirty on that one

It almost felt like Drake wanted this beef to be a light entertainment for everyone without knowing who Kendrick really is and what hip hop culture means to him. Kendrick came in the ring wanting blood!! There's a reason why he called out everyone in 2013 and no one responded.
Kendrick had producers lined up from early and the best move he made was the way he released "Meet The Grahams". The way he stumped out Family Matters instantly was how we won it imo

Lol that's why J.Cole moonwalked out of this situation 😅
That is not how he won it, kendrick beat him in every way when it comes to real battle rap. Battle rap is about disrespect and kendrick killed him.
The biggest aspect of Drake that generates dislike or hate from the culture and pure hip-hop fans is his pretentiousness. He is not from the streets and has seen nothing, why pretend to be a hard man when clearly he is not? He may find the culture fascinating, nothing wrong with that, but why pretend to be that? Authenticity is a major part of Hip-hop culture.
Man drake keeps mentioning peoples wifeys then shit hits the fan. I honestly think he wouldve put up an even better fight had he kept it clean. Went with the ice put ppl on I'm bugger in spreading shit around I'm what the world ,women, kids, men listen to. His the biggest artist in the world not he best rapper.

Drake definitely saw Kendrick on his level this is why he’s salty about Kendrick winning awards and how much respect the culture gave him when Drake essentially had to buy it
for sure dont know what mitch talking about lol its a reason he was begging for a response after push ups
Nah if you peep the “disses” Drake threw at Kendrick, he thought he was playing with Meek. Someone without cultural impact or with less hits. As an American, Mitch hit it right on the nail. From his taunting to less than in depth lyrics, Drake was Ill prepared and it boils down to a lack of respect.
He lost when he said he can’t be a pedi because he’s famous

Nobody in these pods wanna say it could be true because they're hoping to get that Drake interview in the future.
when he stepped over family matters then dropped 'NOT LIKE US' on saturday and the way it INSTANTLY blew up yeah game over 🤣
he lost when he used that 2009 i swear im a driller flow, no one cared what drake was saying because of his performance below, how can you sound exactly the same as your songs when angry 😂 people are tired of his songs and here he comes with the same shit 😂
Nah. He lost when Kendrick said "ahem"
Kendrick did "Ether" and "hit em up" on Drake in the space of 2 days. with "Meet the Grahams" and "Not Like Us". Meet the Grahams is the most disrespectful diss track, and Not Like Us is the most commercial diss track.
Mitch what people are saying is that Drake jumps on people who are rising just for himself (and he jumps into their culture and jumps off). No one knows who he is because he cosplays as that culture.
If he worked with them and been himself (not adopting accents and such) or found people who were good and not already rising but put them on (while being himself) I don't think anyone would be upset with him.
The lack of Authenticity and paying homage bothers people. He actually fixed his mouth to say Kendrick rap like he trying to free the slaves.
That was so tone deaf.
Drake contradicted himself way too much.
They not like us is a certified smash. I have not stop playing that tune since it came out.
1:29:00 I hear it but Wayne in that interview was trying to save face for his friend. He wrote a book and literally said it was the absolute worst thing he could’ve found out about. Drake doesn’t get that pass 🤷🏽♀️

The myth because drake is the bigger artist the artists he "works" with benefits more than him is false, he benefits the most as he gets cultural currency and actual music as it clear the guy aint write much and its just a performer. Thats why he does it so much and from so many places through out the US and the world. Mitch is ignorning the fact that he doesn't go on do his thing he goes and he does someone else ting and does it to another artist/culture. Open your eyes.
There has not been a day since it dropped that I have not played euphoria multiple times. Everyone is stuck on not like us. But euphoria is literally going to be a classic if it isn’t already.
Can we all admit the “Fake Mole”story is BS. The timeline of events doesn’t make sense for it to be true. This was just a narrative Drake took from Twitter.
Finally. Thought I was the only one who thought this. That shit was a conspiracy on twitter & I think Drake used it out of desperation. I highly doubt Drake would set Kendrick up & not have any proof
So where's the daughter?..
So where did Kendrick get the daughter info from? Was he lying just like he was lying about drake being a p*do orrr??
Hey drake they’re not slow
@@Cee_Hthere’s people in Kendrick’s camp that are saying that the supposed daughter Drake baited them with, isn’t even the girl they were talking about
Honestly Mitch’s analysis of drakes mistakes in this battle are hands down the best I’ve heard.
WOP WOP WOP WOP
