As a VIP, I can honestly say that their Japan Fanmeeting was heaps better than their Korean Fanmeeting. The emcee was hilarious and able to connect with the BIGBANG members unlike the Korean emcee, perhaps it's because he's worked with them in previous fan meets unlike Jun Hyunmoo here. Also, Jun Hyunmoo is one of Korea's most criticized emcees alongside Kim Gura and the DoniConi duo (though I think the DoniConi hate is unwarranted) so there's that part of why it was a letdown. When Seungri said they invited a special guest to emcee a lot of VIPs were expecting the legendary Yoo Jaesuk because he had worked with a young BIGBANG before and had fantastic chemistry with Daesung and fans were itching to see them together once again.
As a VIP and Running Man fan, seeing Yoo Jae Suk and BIGBANG together in those early episodes was such a moment ❤

I dont know if Hurraira consider herself as a VIP but theres no VIP in this platform done this much reaction to Bigbang. Maybe because back then YG heavily copystrike bigbang reactions. This is almost hardcore level lol

I always watch their fanmeetings, they soooo hilarious, very2 joyful....well in this fanmeeting they clearly had some issues between them but being togethr for more than 10 yrs, it's understood if they had some disagreement, fights whatsoever but at the end of the day, they reconciled n stick together..this's life

Saw some comments from Seungri's solo stans saying the hyungs are bashing him etc. I think the solo stans need to stay away from Bigbang OT5 content and just focus on Seungri solo work if they hates the other members. I hate it when Seungri solo always acts like Seungri is victims when the hyung given him the highlights/MC roles/more screen time despite being the maknae of the group. If they claimed Jiyong is being angry at Seungri or smthg, which I don't think is the case, and if that's really what was happened, just remember even real siblings always have disagreement and dissatisfaction among each other. I know Seungri is a sweet, kind, loving person but I also knows there are a lot of people out there that would take advantage of him. That's why the hyungs been worrying about him. Jiyong as the leader of the group will for sure tries his best to protect the group & all the members. Jiyong is the closest member to Seungri and I think they still very close with each other. As for this fanmeeting the mood is a bit down due to Top's enlistment and I agree mainly due to the host too. Please do other fanmeeting they are funnier and happier than this. Bigbang relationship with is each other is tough love. I hope one day they will comeback as 5. Seungri is out now and his friend said he is doing good. Hopefully we will have good news from him.

Jun Hyun Moo (MC) is not a bad person. He is kind and pretty sensitive. But I agree he made too many unnecessary comments. Koreans sometimes have a strange way of joking. I've noticed this many times.
Oh of course, maybe that's his style of hosting and maybe I'm sensitive about the tone of things. He was joking but it's almost like he had nothing else to say to TOP, like he had no interest or didn't do his research. That shows a lack of respect imo. And clearly TOP wasn't enjoying it and even then he didn't stop. I'm all for wild humour and being on that line but you've got to take on board the other person's reaction. The boys seemed super grateful at the end and were as good as gold 💛
@@HurrairaJamal there is a lot of MCs and comics that fans don't like because of their style of joking. Even Doni or Park Myun Soo (they are both close to GD). They are joking in some cringe way. Sometimes too rude. Especially to young artists. Maybe it's because of their mentality I don't know.

Agreed with some of the other responders, the Japanese fan meetings are much more fun. Look up Hajimari No Sayonara. There are 4 short segments, each for 1 member and a complete fan meeting with TOP as the Spotlight, with English subs. They are so naughty and honest in these meetings. And they have great connection with the Japanese MC who had worked with them for years. But even through the laughter you can sense the members are worried about Seungri’s direction in life.
They're joking! How can't you understand? And they're proud of him, Dae, said how Seungri helped, Gd is jealous, Bae and TOP love him. Koreans have a different way to joke. And THOSE were as friend as the other 3000 names he had on his phone, and as THEY were with ALL the other persons in their area, but media wanted to destroy yg using him. Sr didn't even saw some of them in the last 3 years before!

Watching again with you reminds me how much I disliked this MC when I watched this the first time. I didn’t like the way he treated & talked to TOP. No wonder I only keep rewatching the Japan fan meetings. 😅

솔직히 팬으로써 승리가 좋게 보일 수 없음...이 팬미팅만 하더라도 다른 형들은 애둘러 승리한테 경고하는데, 승리는 깡그리 무시.. 해외 팬들은 승리를 너무 두둔하는 경향이 있는데, 사실 빅뱅 이미지 망친 장본인이 승리임. 진짜 속상하다...
Hello! There are a lot of details to dwell on in this particular fanmeeting. Even though everyone (especially GD) was affected by TOP's imminent enlistment, the atmosphere can be felt very heavy. If you read the comments in Korean from some who attended that event, they agree on GD's bad mood. Sad, disappointed, angry, depressed. He hardly smiles and the MC doesn't help at all (pretty stupid man). This is where he claims his distance from Seungri. He tells him that he is never with them, that he is very busy with his business. He's also annoyed when Seungri mentions that he'd like to have GD's gift of writing hits, and Jiyong always remarked that it's all thanks to his hard work. And he's awkward when Seungri talks about the urine test for cancer. GD clearly says that they should consult the doctor because it's irresponsible for Seungri to promote something like that in that place.
It's a sad and boring event because the MC is lousy and he didn't know how to connect with them. The way he treats TOP bothers me.
Many comments mention Seungri's inferiority complex towards GD and even Taeyang explicitly says that Seungri wants to be GD. There is a lot to discuss in this video.
hmm.. not really. you make it sounds like seungri is the problem when they're also being a jerk to him in this. and not just in this, in the other fan meetings and tv shows too. even when seungri didn't do anything, they always kept insult him and made jokes that is not true. if there's something that we need to dwell in this, why you didn't include them joking about "bb is 4" in your comment?? because it's a problem too. that jokes is very disrespectful and you can't even compare how bad that jokes with what you "thought" seungri did
@Mussha I agree. Also, in my opinion, some people (specifically Seungri stans) are misinterpreting the hyungs attitude, actions and words towards him. Fact is, they are brothers, they love each other dearly especially their maknae. I think they are saying those things to him to pull him back to the right path as they have sensed that the people he chose to be with and "some things" he chose to do may lead him to misfortune (which literally happened). I'm not saying that I believe what the media says about Seungri. I know in my heart he is a good person, but admit it or not, unfavorable things happened to him. And the members have been passive or indirect with their words because they wanted for him to realize those on his own and not just say "what you are doing is wrong, stop it" as they still respect and trust that he would somehow listen to them or even just consider their opinions and make a wise decision. As a mom, that's what I felt the hyungs were doing. They wanted to "raise him well". Just like a mom raising her own kid, ofcourse we wouldn't want anyone or anything cause harm to our kid, right? And vips know how much the members mean to each other. Brothers..Family.
i'm not telling you what to do and i'm just gonna say what's on my mind but please.. don't react to their other fanmeetings. because a lot of mean things are being said to seungri and seungri fans actually stay away from this kind of content. all of them are not true but people believe it because the members said it. me as a seungri fan just hurt, that's why ☹
Thank you for this, what I definitely don't want to do is open up the floor for Seungri bashing. He's had it a lot, it's in the past, I'm sure every day he tries to be a better man. I am thinking about how to keep it positive because as you know I love him dearly. He has made mistakes and I can see some resentment from the other members, but what people are forgetting is that they treat him like that because they care and love him. ❤️ They want to protect him. It's like a family relationship. I'll keep this in mind 🤔
