I would always choose the wheelchair for my dog who was otherwise perfectly healthy. If the animal is in no pain there is no sense of letting them go. I dealt with a paralyzed dog in a the chair.It's about using diapers and wrapping their legs so they don't develop open sores. It really isn't a big deal with a paralyzed dog.
Why don't you just give the dog up to somebody?Who is more than willing to love and care for him as he is? It is killing me that he's going to let this baby go when he's perfectly healthy.
