This is American's Continuity, the Armor cannot be put on Optimus' Body In the IDW's Continuity Ultramagnus True-Body is the size of a Minicon, The Ultramagnus has the Body of a White Optimus Prime was never done in the American's Continuity, and although the Toy does it, it does it only because it represents both American Continuity's Ultramagnus & Japanese's Continuity Ultramagnus, but Cartoons & Comics ignore that, so Ultramagnus cannot put the Armor on Optimus' Body

I thought this was a great way to have both Nemesis Prime and Nova Prime be in the Shattered Glass comics. Primus reanimates Optimus' body like a heroic Frankenstein while his brain gets reformated as Nova Prime. Shame there was no part 3.

Ultra Magnus was always insecure. However Prime Magnus had a humility and drive to simply do his best as a Soldier and not a leader while SG Magnus is a schemer and an incompetent leader.

Yeaaah, they clearly missed the TFP pilot episode when Starscream eviscerated Cliffjumper. Or never read the IDW comics where the DJD and Tarn were straight up Transformers versions of nazi's to the point Tarn made Megatron look good by comparison.
It's the same reason as Star Trek's Mirror universe, both are alternate realities of their primary settings where almost everything looks and works the same, but everyone is their 100% moral and characteristic opposite. And because "evil opposite" settings like Shattered Glass usually are shorter stories within the main series, they like to ham up the opposite-ness to really emphasize the difference between the SG and main continuity versions of the characters. As a mostly gimmicky special part of a larger main series, they can get away with being more bold and brazen with the stories, (the biggest example being killing off multiple major characters in a single issue or episode) since usually they are meant to be self-contained and not worry about the greater nuances and consequences later down the line. The longer the storyline goes, however, the more room they have to be more fleshed out and nuanced.
Man this Ultra Magnus is a shell of his former self. In the Fun Pub(correct me if I am wrong) comics, he was a menace to both universes shattered and regular!

How could anyone hope to live up to Prime? Could you imagine having a leader like that? Someone with the moral fortitude to lead us by example to be honest, honorable, and humble? Someone to remind us that at the end of the day, all we really have is each other? We have witnessed what a true leader could be. Sure, he's a fictional cartoon character. That's not the point. I'm talking about character traits here. A deep concern for the people. The ability to withhold judgement until he knows enough to make a principled decision. The personal gravitas to bring together a divided people out of sheer respect. I wish more work was put into making the Decepticons, the Decepticons, and less work was put into making the Autobots into Decepticons. Its like Autobots got bored with being honorable, honest, good, and true one day and decided to go nuts because committing evil looked too fun.
It's not that deep. It's a separate continuity and has nothing to do with Unicron, the aligned continuity or anything else. It's just a standalone series that inverts the autobots and decepticons to reimagine the story.
This would never happen and never do how the thought of a brain can switch so dramatically from a human perspective. It just wouldn’t do. This is how dysfunctional humans are of how they would think such a thing for the Optimus between ultra Magnus because that’s the other brother in veteran brotherof Optimus prime, an upper update or upgrade and former Prime Minister
SG Magnus already had the best body design. Towering bulk of layers of armour. All it needs is a bit of personal modifications, but it's an overall superior body design frame than SG Optimus.
