The Millennium Series E012G1L is a heavy duty Progressive Cavity Pump from Liberty Process Equipment.
It is ideal for industrial applications such as crude oils, mineral processing, wastewater and waste sludge and slurries and heavy polymers and detergents and other applications where thickened material needs to be pumped.

The Millennium Series offers true versatility with multi-directional pumping, by being able to run in either direction. It’s robust construction allows for up to 25’ of suction lift, while it’s pumping action remains delicate enough for minimal shear to pumped materials.
This rugged gear joint designed pump comes in high strength cast iron or 316 stainless steel, and designed in 1,2, and up to 4 stages for 85, 170, or 350 PSI discharge pressure. It can handle up to 54 GPM flow rate, and has a 1 - 5 HP motor option. The modular design comes with a positively sealed and hardened gear joint assembly, hardened tool or stainless steel rotors both with chrome plating for long-life pumping applications. All other wetted parts are with carbon or 316 stainless steel.

Thanks for this amazing video. I have a question; This is what I know about Screw pump and PCP: A screw pump is a positive-displacement pump that use one or several screws to move fluid solids or liquids along the screws axis.
For the Progressive cavity pump, The pumping element is a single “screw” that has a round cross section and rotates inside of a stator made of rubber which has a double cross section. So the difference is in the number of screws. Progressive is no more than one screw.
But I also heard that "PCP has double screw, too. But I couldn't find any info about it. Thank you in advance.
