    :) eu pincelaria as fatias beringela com azeite antes de fazer rolos. A mandolina é mesmo imprescindível para as fatias saírem finas e uniformes. Adoro beringela.

      Não é necessário porque eu normalmente tempero a massa com azeite, alho e orégãos.... Eu tenho medo de usar a mandolina, quase perdi um dedo

      :O uma mandolina serve para poupar os dedos. :/ deve faltar a peça que suporta e segura o alimento a cortar...

    Ola I love your new intro!! It is so bright and fun! Those really are some beautiful eggplants! The only part of eggplant i find tricky is sweating them lol. I always get impatient. The ricotta in these sounds incredible! I can only imagine how the final dish tastes!

    I just made tofu ricotta for lasagna...so I know it tastes amazing. I love the rolling of the eggplant though, looks like a very yummy and rich dish...and yet it's soo healthy :) Byeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyy! lol

    Is that a little V for vegan tattoo peaking out from your strap? This looks soooo tasty! I wonder if you could make this with zucchini rather than eggplant? I like eggplant but it upsets my stomach for some reason :(

    Não costumo comentar mas por favor não cortes coisas em direcção ás mãos, usa uma mandolina ou então corta uma "base" na beringela e depois cortas na vertical. Salva os teus dedos.
