The sketch is over defined and cannot be used to create the feature. Delete the extra constraints to remove the redundancy. Help!

There appeared a mistake that monitored "Too many attempts made for this increment", how to solve this problem?

When you meshed the part you said to choose 4 parts, but you typed 1 and ended up with 10 as a result of the truss shape. How does this change the outcome? For example my shape has 9 elements but if i chose mesh with 4 parts, i will end up with 36.

I'd like to add that is this very important, I've spend 6 days trying to work out what was wrong with my model and its all because I was using the number he said and not the number he used

@@tinkatul I typed in 4 to and job didnt work. Why would that be? why dies it work with one element in truses?

@@borna6403 I was just learning Abaqus, perhaps someone else could give you a fine answer; but to me, I guess it could be perhaps because it somehow articulates every end of element, as it is a truss. But I´m just guessing.

Where is cst content? I was answered that it was copyed here, but there is no adequate videos about opportunities of cst, that actually were at previous channel..

What about the member force? Where can I see member force output?

    Good morning,
I have had problems trying to load a truss element in the midle with a concentrated load. Normally building a truss system it is not possible to apply the load as Abaqus does not recognize the point, even using "partition" or "referent point" I was not successful. Can you help me?

Sir how to apply real ground motion data taken from PEER Ground Motion DataBase in Abaqus??

when the estructure is a truss, how we obtain the axial force in the elements? or we only obtain the stress?

You can back-calculate it easily since you put in the cross-section area as you define the trusses.

I'd like to make a question, whether I'd modelled the entire system as beam planar assembly (starting from the same sketch as you had drawn generating the part) I guess that by default the adjoining nodes would have been complete connection, i.e. transferring also bending internal moment. In the chance I'd like to relax the mutual rotationial connection (acting only as pinned joints) how would I do that?
Namely decoupling the rotation for the adjoining member to the same node... Thanks for your time!

for temporarily, you can convert the incline load( Inclined from horizontal ) into 2 loads 1. cos thita (Horizontal load) and 2 Sin thita ( Vertical load ) of that load
