When you register the brand in 2024, the 3rd step in the application is asking if you registered a business. That means if you answer yes you need to upload the certificate of registration in government. But it allows you to answer no! I answered bcs I didn’t register it yes. I registered only my trade mark. Will be it the mistake now ? My application is under review now. And I ordered already the product. I am afraid it’ll be my big mistake 😢
is it a long time to get the trademark? if it is a long time, can i list my own product without a product brand name, generic, until my trademark is approved?
Hi I have a question i purchased some products and i added an extra product to it to separate mine from competitors can i now go to add product and list it as not purchased on Amazon since i changed it?
Thank you for the video, you said in one of your videos that if you buy a product from China, brand it and send to Amazon, you need to buy barcode from GS1, but in this video you said, the barcode is not needed unless you're selling on ebay, could you please clarify it. Do I need barcode from GS1 or not if I want to sell my own branded products shipped from China and want to sell on amazon platform. Thank you
Amazon has changed this numerous of times in recent years. As of today, a GS1 barcode is not required to list a new, branded product. Some other marketplaces still check that your barcode is valid and that's why I now recommend purchasing one for your new product if you're going to sell on other marketplaces in the future. If you're unsure of what to do, purchasing a GS1 barcode is always a smart move in establishing yourself as a credible, legitimate seller.
When creating the individual Amazon seller account it ask what is the business type ? Which one do we choose ? State owned business ? Publicly listed business ? Privately owned business ? Or None, I’m An individual?
Good info as always but i have to completely disagree with the busniess models set up. Private labeling should be the last thing cause its not for begginers at alll. You start as retail arbitrage once you know how to scan items and read the graphs you transfer to online since know you know what sells and what not. After that you take the bit of cash and start whole sale and get stuff in bulk in pallets then after creating some capital you switch to private labeling which going to inquire soo much investment plus ads from manufuactering to launcing your product...i dont know how you started with private labeling first🤣 do you want them to give up or what🏃🏾🏃🏾🏃🏾😂
Thanks for the comment and I understand where you're coming from. Keep in mind that over half (54%) of sellers use the private label business model. It's the most popular business model for a reason because it's the provides the highest opportunity of success and consistent income. My channel is for those beginners looking to start a business; not those looking to resell clearance products from Walmart. That's not a business...
@@DebtToDollars Yes i agree, thats the most poplular lucrative busniess model. And yes its easy for a begginer who HAS MONEY already. Otherwise itS going to cost them a lot and you know better, bringing stuff from China to making your own brand and advertising requires capital. To brush those off who start by doing online or retail arbitrage away by saying your videos is not for them its for those who wants to start a businiess is abit desrespectful. We all started from there at one point we didnt get to the private labeling by chance amd of that youe audeince then why did you include it in your model?😑 as if those who start from retail dont wana do busniess WTH 🥴

Yes you can as long as your trademark is not registered
