Niklas Herverger Beau does cleans, Jared (bass player) does screams. Beau does screams in some of the songs live, but only for performance sake.
I haven't heard this song in a long time. Sung every word perfectly. It just goes to show how much music sticks with you when you can relate to the subject matter

Dickeyfighter7861 Same here, I was really into His Last Walk when I was younger, and enjoyed Witness some, but they fell off my radar after a few singles and album tracks off their other releases didn't really grab me. This song placed the vocals well and has a nice, brisk pace. It's got me interested to hear other tracks, that's for sure.

I've heard them all haha, I could never get into it mainly because I hated the screams haha. I liked his last walk but I grew out of it and I recently have been giving Hollow Bodies another shot.
Dickeyfighter7861 it really is a good album. personally imo they got better musically when craig left the band, but in terms of voice and screams, craig was much better than beau.
I really enjoy beaus voice, It's the guitarist vocals I don't like haha. They sound much better in this song though.

Beau's clean vocals are better then ever. I think this is the first Blessthefall song I've heard in a very long time that I loved automatically instantly. Plus Jared's screams are solid. Can't wait for this album.
+DraculaXHunter101 Honestly, Beau sounds the same as he did last album. I think Witness to Awakening was the only album he actively trained to have a higher register.

I actually got to meet all these guys yesterday in Detroit. I was at Warped Tour, pre-ordered the new album and bought a shirt from them. I was give a poster from the upcoming album and they signed it. Best day of my life! These guys are my all time favorite band! BTF for life!

Blessthefall is one of the few bands that can play with how they sound and still be hardcore while still sounding amazing.
I love how they haven't been tainted by pop punk like a lot of other bands lately. They've been one of my favorites from the beginning and still are

I've never been a huge fan of Beau's cleans but I can't get enough of Jared's screams. BTF have improved drastically since the older days and I'm excited for the new album.

I've been looking forward to this for a while now! This has quickly become a favorite of mine.
The intro sent a shiver up my spine and a tear in my eye. The whole song is fucking incredible. Been a fan since his last walk. blessthefall has just flourished and never cease to amaze me. Just when you think it couldn't possibly get any better they totally knock it out the park. Can't wait to see them in July!

***** it was my first Warped, too. All my friends wanted to go watch Palisades instead. One of my friends did. Only to come back 5 minutes later saying how bad they are live. I think I was in the Pit for every blessthefall song.
I went to my first warped Tuesday and I was waiting in line to meet Jarrod Alonge and these guys came on and holy shit it was sick :D

I give them props for having a consistent sound. Many bands in the scene seem to be trying to cross into the mainstream with big changes in their signature sound. So while this new BlessTheFall song sounds cliche and as If it could've been on their last record, I like that it sounds typical of them. A sort of familiarity that we can slip into. They aren't gambling with this song. Which may prove they have bigger balls than those who think they need to significantly change their sound to keep existing as a band. But even though I give BTF a metaphorical high five, I can see how this might be boring to listeners. They could've spruced things up instead of dusting off an oldie.
