  • A new global framework governing texture-modified foods will come into operation in the UK. The IDDSI (international Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative) framework is a worldwide initiative which aims to improve the lives of over 590 million people living with the dysphagia.

    Is it possible to hydrate someone on level 4 extremely thick liquid?
    The person in question is on level 5 mince and moist but is still not allowed to drink fluids and the medical team are floating the PEG idea around. 🙈
    How silly is this?

      Oof. Is there a reason the Frazier Free Water Protocol isn't being implemented??
