How do you find the Bluetooth on this model? With the Kings (older Majority model) I find that the first couple of seconds of playback is always cut off when you start your device playing... almost like it's coming out of some sort of power saving mode or something... same with the CD player function it has, always cuts off the first second or two!
What is the audio like on it? I've heard the Pure C-D6 and it's OK but for the money would have expected better. How does this compare with Pure? @@OtreblaMaslab It's half the price and has more features (not too worried about the lack of CD player as have home cinema for that!), but just wondering what the audio is like.
I've tried to save a station by following the instructions in the manual but just can't. Has anyone else had this issue? I've saved one DAB+ station but can't save any more......confused
I think it is basically a very goog music system for this price tag. I only wonder why Majority is cheating with the Output Power. 100W is "PMPO", which is a very unserious declaration. Have a look at the power adapter: 36W! So there can't be much more output than 36W for the whole system (I gues 2x7,5W for stereo, 15W for subwoofer and 6W for main function) - everything else is magic :D
I've had this for a month but it's like a curates egg; somethings are good and some are bad. Really dislike the tiny display and the fiddly way you set the alarm. Like another reviewer on hear, it's hot and miss how you save a desired station (from number 11+) In addition, reception on FM is very poor indeed, far worse than my PURE radio or replaced. Resonance too from the telescopic aeriel unless fully retracted. DAB reception is just reasonable. On the plus side, ignoring the vibration noise from the aerial as you increase the volume, the sound quality overall is good in my view. Just a lukewarm recommendation from me then.
Why no line out feature? You cannot connect this to an external amp , or powered speakers or tape recorder ...deal killer ...and why have the headphone socket on the back ...nightmare ...anothor deal liller ...no thanks... I'll pass on this rubbish

@@original.dwornboy I bought one in the end. It is much better. There are still occasions where it does as the Kings did but it's less often now.

Poor treble (heavy bass sound) and impossible to manually add a station URL !
