The difficulty here is the building material. Can it be manufactured automatically on site or do you have to bring it there in its entirety or individual components? It would be ideal if only the “printer” had to be brought there and robots could take care of the assembly and procurement of materials. This is currently being researched. The goal is a permanently manned research station; what comes next is left to the imagination of the individual.

I would also prefer a smoother finish. Think of the dust and dirt accumulating on all the ridges! I wouldn't want to vacuum my walls every other week.
