Bro 9500ws is better as it has more 525 watt which will shake your home and also dedicated wireless rear speakers which will create better surround effect. I am just enjoying Dolby 5.1 movies. If budget is concern go for 9000 pro it's not bad at all
Hi the changes I showed worked out for me. I didn't faced the issue again. If you still face issue you can turn off CEC control. But after that you will have to use soundbar remote to control it
Try resetting your tv and soundbar may be that can help. For HDMI ARC check HDMI CEC settings only keep CEC Control On and others to off or try changing them on off if it helps. Also try with other HDMI ARC cable. May be cable is loose
I purchased the 9500ws sound bar in Amazon during the sale in October 2023. I feel the quality of the cable is not good and also feel that it is not detected properly after the TV(Xiaomi TV X series(eARC supported)) is turned on. Disconnection issues happening and some times, I need to plug in the power cable for the sound bar to work normally. Also I'm noticing the sound which is coming from Rear speakers are very low. How to address these issues.?
Bro you try checking if you connected you hdmi cable to correct HDMI ARC supported port on TV. Your TV has eARC port just check if that is compatible with ARC as well. Also check the CEC settings. Turn them ON. For surround rear speaker you have volume control on bottom of remote use that to increase there volume. Also place them at back on same distance from your sitting postion make sure they are not too far

In my case, I needed to Turn on "Device auto power off" and "TV auto power on" for the soundbar to work consistently. For the rear speakers, I has actually increased the Surr+ to 5, but still I feel the sound is still very slow for that 75W. Recently, I heard people are facing these issues and after updating their firmware the issue is resolved. Do you have any idea on that?
Rear sound should always be low, it is meant for surround affects not to enhance audio. You can buy cheap speakers if you want loud audio from satellite speakers also.

Plug the soundbar into the main socket and press "POWER/STANDBY" to turn on the soundbar, then press" "INPUT" on the soundbarto switch to the bluetooth (BT) mode. 2. Power on rear surround speakers. The blue LED indicator on the surround will blink slowly which indicates entering into pairing mode between soundbar and the wireless surround 3. Then long press the "switch button" on the bottom of the rear surround for around 2.5 seconds. The blue indicator blinks quickly for waiting for the soundbar and rear surround to automatically pair. ,,... 15 4. After about 20-30 seconds, the blue indicator of the rear surrounds changes to steady on. The soundbar and rear surround are paired successfully automatically. 5. The devices will be able to pair automatically after the initial successful pair, even if they are switched offand on.

I experienced breaking of sound while playing this song and several other songs. This soundbar works really well while watching movies, but fails terribly while listening to music via Spotify, youtube or casting.

I also played several Bollywood music on TH-cam and faced the same issue. When the service engineer came to visit, I played that song. He was saying it's stereo effect and it happens in all zebronics soundbar. It works absolute wonders while playing proper 5.1 Dolby content
Ye steps try kijiye jo video me hai Agar issue nhi jaraha toh Warranty me issue raise kijiye. Technician ake apko setting karne me help karega. Agar soundbar faulty hoga toh apko replacement miljayega

@himanshugautam1571 yea manufacturing defect hai. Yea replace karne k baad bhi mere ko ho rahe. Yea motherboard ka problem hai. Sony ka soundbar may yea sound delay or automatic sound off ka koi bhi issue nehi hai.

For HDMI ARC check HDMI CEC settings only keep CEC Control On and others to off or try changing them on off if it helps. Also try with other HDMI ARC cable. May be cable is loose

I don't have any idea on that. But try to check if it has hdmi cec options in settings. You can try changing the auto tv/device power off options
