In context of PCS, mainly in Assam, being bilingual is a bit of advantageous because the people on the panel also find it convenient to discuss in both languages unlike the UPSC CCE panels

In exams conducted by Public Comission Services(PCS) , especially in our context i.e. APSC , the interviewers on the panels let you discuss things and answer on topics in bilingual manner(as per my knowledge) . So yes অসমীয়া আৰু English/Hindi/Others গোটেইকেইটা সমানেই প্ৰযোজ্য . ( I also finds myself comfortable with bilingual conversation, hence should not be an isuue)

আচলতে অলপ চলপ জানে question সোধে বুলি নাজানো বুলিয়ে কৈছে চাগে। বাহিৰা কিতাপ পঢ়ি ভাল নোপোৱা বহুত student থাকে যি course ৰ কিতাপ উৰাই ঘূৰাই পঢ়ে so সাহিত্যৰ জ্ঞান কম থাকে। যাৰ বাহিৰা কিতাপ পঢ়া sokh থাকে তেওঁৰ basically সাহিত্য ৰ এটা ভাল জ্ঞান থাকে।মই যিমান দেখিছোঁ।
