- A short video to show the opening and closing cycle of the smallest and most cost-effective automatic rising bollards within our range. The BFT Stoppy B 500 automatic rising bollard, with a raised height of 500mm, a diameter of 115mm, and a contemporary RAL 7015 powder-coated finish.
You work hard to have nice vehicles. Great work helping people protect them. Top finish
I like the concept, but given how short they are, someone will inevitably forget they’re raised and drive into them.
And people shouldn't drive into a private driveway in the first time..
@@ArifSelect1 Sometimes you have to turn around and a driveway is an accessible option. It's not always someone with bad intentions, but someone who has missed a turn.
I think what is needed is a garage with a car turntable and there should be a warning device and car stopper if the bollards are in the upright position. That way you don't hurt your car. Or have the car query the driver for the password to lower the bollards so that only the driver can take the vehicle and not a thief.
Is there a manual over ride, if the electrics fail ?
Awesome 😎
I'm sure you have taller bollard options but I'm wondering if there's an emergency way to lower them...like if the electrical grid goes down
They have a safety, if it looses power it lowers.
Do you know if a American company that does this?
Looking for them myself
How long before you drive or reverse into them?😂
Looks like the same technology to start new cars. Can these be hacked like keyless fob cars??
They arent hacked. They use range extenders to make the car belive the key is closer.
Also, "new cars" i drive a 12 year old car that has this.
@@foty8679 that is a hack in essence.
Patent pending??
Do we have in Ireland?
Then you 2 year old takes the remote, while you're heading to work
A garage could work too, but these are pretty cool.
Not really a garage can easily be broken into
@@darkzoneattractions1060At some point, someone will steal anything
maybe house ain’t big enough for a garage
At some point someone will steal anything, might as well do nothing then 🤦🏾♂️ your point was ridiculed so you obfuscated
@@discoverkenya You're so close to grasping the point I was making. So so very close.
All fun and games till you forget you have them the next day and damage your bumper.
if you have a brain you wont forget !!
Or take out your radiator, oil pan, possibly transmission case, cause frame damage, etc.
Rough price
Nice, but how much did it cost all in?
Hi xMeta4x - please take a look at our automatic range on our website - securitybollardsdirect.co.uk/collections/automatic-rising-security-bollards
All prices for supply only can be found on each product and you can request a quote for installation on the product you require.
I hope this helps, all the best.
A LOT!
@1SeanPG 6-10k for bollard and access control depending on needs and the groundworks are a nightmare at best
i would have installed taller ones
They look tiny. Needs to be more taller
I want a total of six of these, three behind my front door, and three behind my back door. Burglars, looters, and cops will have no chance of breaking through.
How much for 4
My dumbass would forget to put them down and I’d total my car
They need to be taller great idea thoigh
This is great in all until somebody drives into it and it costs $5k to fix. No thanks
Taiwan
all good until you accidentally park over one of those and now there's a $10k hole in your car!
Well thats slow
Not really and better than manual versions.
2000 for this? Bullshit!
