Miguel and Samantha kissing in Season 2 and Tory seeing it, Miguel's fall at the end of Season 2,Hawk breaking Demetri's arm and Silver betraying Kreese
Well he already faked his death twice now three times now so I think him faking his death for a third time wouldn't have been shocking. Him escaping prison that was shocking.
It was shocking to me, I thought that was his redemption, trying to stop a fight and, because of that ONE moment of goodness... he dies. But no, haha he proved himself better as a villain
Actually no, him being shiv was a shock, him coming back to live not so much. I was shock when he got stab, then when they show the body without any sad music... 'yeah... he escaped' was the first thing that came to mine.
Terry betraying Kreese was the most shocking as it kind of came out of nowhere. In Vietnam he promised to always be there for Kreese, he helped him in Karate Kid 3 and promised to prove his loyalty in season 4. His sudden betrayl shocked me.
I thought it was funny how he said Kreese kept bringing that promise up like Silver you said your life your whole life no one forced him to maybe don't make promises you might get tired of
it was hinted many times that silver looked to be pretending to support kreese through the 2nd half of the season and he was hinting that he wanted control over cobra kai, it didn't exactly come out of nowhere
@@campbellmb2664Yeah, that's true. But Terry did stoop to a new low by the end of season 4 and all throughout season 5, he had become an even worse person than he was in KK3, and that's saying something. Terry had never before betrayed Kreese like that. And another horrible shocking scene was in season 5 when Terry and Kim Sun Young's granddaughter forced Torry to punch those slabs of concrete, that was even worse than Terry making Daniel hit the wooden dummy in KK3 because the concrete was even harder, Terry and his goons physically blocked her from leaving, and because Torry's a girl. Kreese still was at fault for letting the tiger out of the cage though, none of this would've happened in Kreese never went to Terry's house to pressure him to come back with him.
Seeing him beat up one of the old bullies in the dojo was almost as chilling. The Color grading and just seeing his fist flying, not even seeing the aftermath was so intense.
The scene that really broke my heart was when Miguel asked Johnny "why did this happen to me" in season 3 ep 2. Like the weight of that Convo and xolos acting got me in tears. I was honestly afraid he'd go down a dark path after that
Exactly! Miguel is literately the sweetest, purest character in the whole show, and yet he’s always suffering. His bio dad, Johnny, Sam, Tory. He can’t catch a break.
@@TDArulesclub4 Sadly I don't think his torment is over. While he never fully disclosed to Hector (bio dad) his last name or the fact he was his son, he did tell him enough to find out who he is. Hector knows his first name and that he is an All Valley Karate Champion. I predict Hector is going to show up in the Valley and something bad will occur as A result. Either to his Mother, his grandmother, the baby, who knows. Either way I think whatever Hector does will scar Miguel worse than anything he has endured thus far.
The thing that is really magic with this show is that despites a massive cast, every single character and duos has room for themselves. We can follow all their stories from every angle, regardless of their generation, OG character or young guns, and there is almost no dead weight. Pretty much all of the different plots and subplots are relatable and engaging, which is incredibly hard to juggle, if you think about it. Cobra Kai is basically the Karate Valley Game of Thrones (only less gory, less sex, and more ass kicking).
@@biocapsule7311 Who would have thought that hiring writers who are creative but also have knowledge and respect of the original franchise could make such a difference, huh ?
The home invasion episode was my favorite so far! The fighting choreography was top notch with so many people involved!!! I’ve rewatched it plenty of times and I’m still not tired of it lol.
When Miguel thought Johnny was talking to him and then Johnny says Robbie’s name. Damn that hurt, just like when wills dad left him again in fresh prince. Such a perfect scene for Miguel (Xolo)
Side note, Rob Garrison (Tommy) was dying of liver and kidney failure around that time, and this role was sad for the cast as well as him, as a goodbye to him as well as his character. :( Sadness, but it was nice to see them before they passed.
Tommy made me bawl my eyes out, especially because we actually see him be put in the body bag, remembering that he yelled that out to Johnny all those years ago, sobbing.
I really love that cobra Kai was able to bring back the original cast from the movies including Terry Silver who I thought was dead and I never thought that he would square off against Johnny and chozen!
To me the most shocking moment is when I realized that the actors protraying Daniel LaRusso and Terry Silver are the same age. Ralph Macchio, much like Keanu Reeves, is immortal.
First time I feel proud of both Robby and Tory because they realised that CK only taught hate and dishonour. And in the last episode I thought Kreese and Chozen died and I thought Johnny would die. This season has been so good and intense and it clearly shows the origins of CK’s style and tactics
Top 3 (In my opinion): 1. Miguel Falls 2. Cobra Kai steals the All Valley 3. Hawk breaks Dimitri's arm There's nothing else more shocking than Miguel fall, following the cliffhanger of his possible survivable. I was pretty shocked to know that the Victory of the All Valley was stolen by Terry's schemes, which proves he's the most villainous character in this show. I thought Kreese was bad enough, but of course Terry surprises us with his plans. This proves this show can be more powerful and dramatic than the Karate Kid movies.
Kind of disappointed that Johnny calling Miguel Robby wasn’t in there. It was pretty heartbreaking. Another good park but wasn’t that shocking was when Robby cried to Johny about Kenny. The acting in both of those Scenes were very good.
After season 5, I'm just so confused and excited about where this show could go! It was such an incredible season, this world tournament is gonna be insane!

HELL YES!!!! Last night's binging is worth it, and this season really kicks into high gear from start to finish! Also, what really stood out to me is when three of the former karate kid villains teaming up together during the silver's estate fight! Seeing them in the same room together is definitely a feast for the eyes. Watchmojo really knows what's up when we finished a series, they're covering it. This is like Endgame, but with the legacy characters we know and love in the movies. 15/10 as this season blows the previous ones out of the fucking water! NO MERCY!!!! All moments are too hard to narrow down so all of them is my best answer.
I thought his season was the worst. All the messing around with Miguel’s dad for him to be a nobody in 1 episode was horrible. Also pretty sure he’d come out and shoot Jonny in the fbi shirt in the street. Also wouldn’t let a kid just leave the store after saying the need to lay low for a week. Haha brutal.
I would've put Kenny beating Hawk, although with a paid referee, the help of the script, Hawk holding back not to hurt him and and an ilegal move that illed Hawk's leg. Round 2 and Hawk would woop his arrogant ass.
The most shocking moments for me was Terry Burning Mike store, Johnny beating Kim Sung Yung senseis, Daniel beating Kreese in season 3 and Silver in season 5 and Hawk beatinf Robby.
John Kreese "died" like 4 times: in Karate Kid 3 when Silver comes to inform Miyagi, after Karate Kid 3 when Johnny tells the tournament board, after Johnny kicks him out of the dojo and Daniel says that he "died... again" and at the end of season 5 when he faked his death to break out of prison.
I always thought Johnny saying Kreese was dead in S1 was more he heard about Kreese's "death" in KK3 in 1985, and just took it at face value. As for S2, I'm going to have to go back and look at that.
With the voicemail he left Kumiko & Terry grabbing the sword, so many death flags were raised for Chozen that I thought he was going to die. Thank God he didn’t. He was the MVP of this season!
I’m really shocked to see that the season 5 finale opening did not make this list! Yes, it was a fake out again, and I couldn’t be happier!! However, seeing Kreese die like that, or at least what I thought at the time left me speechless
Johnny didn’t almost lose to Kreese. He beat him. Twice. Only both times, Johnny let his guard down. First time is when he shows mercy and Kreese sweeps his legs before the sprinklers go off. Second time, Johnny had already beat Kreese. It’s only afterwards when Johnny was trying to awake Robby, Kreese sneak attacks him.
You should do a countdown of "Funniest moments of Cobra Kai" Like some of the one liners . Number one pick for me: When Chozen honked Daniels nose. Does anybody have more ideas for funniest moments?
Number 1: Barney Stinson was not only right yeaaaaars ago but he was so universally on point they made a damn show out of it on TH-cam that got picked up after by friggin Netflix. Literally story book shit!
The Miguel’s dad drama was pretty interesting despite its length And I don’t have a problem with it being short cause thhere were more important things going on Also loved that Miguel going to Mexico got Robby and Johnny to do some serious bonding
Yeah, but it was important for Miguel to have discovered what his dad was really like. I think that Hector may return season 6 and come to California and see Miguel, Carmen, and her mother. But I'm not sure if it will happen because Hector clearly said that he regretted nothing about leaving them
I'm still watching it but I'm really loving this season I'm really liking Miguels story with his dad that was heartbreaking though knowing your dad is shady
10:38 OMG! Tommy never told Johnny to PUT Daniel in a body bag! He said to GET him a body bag. I'm sure Watch Mojo even done a Mandela Effect video which included that false memory.
The most shocking moment for me was seeing Terry Silver finally go down, why is because I saw him as someone who always covered his tracks and will always get what he wants. Once I saw him being taken out of the Cobra Kai dojo handcuffed and being put in the back of a police car, I was like ,"Finally," even though I highly doubt we have seen the last of him. I believe he'll be plotting and coming up with a new plan while behind bars.
Tory helping miyagi do taking down silvers version of cobra kai and sam realizing how bad tory has it compared to her living situation wise when she came to her crib
Some of mine are...John Kreese fake death (S5), Kreese taking over the dojo (s2), Miguel's fall (s2), Mike Barnes store being set on fire (S5), Kreese entrance (S1), Chozen at miyagis grave (S4), Hawks breaking demitris arm (S3)
That was quite stupid of Johnny Lawrence and Robby to go into a rough Mexican place with FBI shirts, even if they were a play on the acronym. They landed Miguel in serious trouble with his father.
Maybe in S6 because the only villain from the OG films left is Col. Dugan and it wouldn't surprise me to see Dugan revive the Alpha Elite in some form and help Silver go after Daniel as his way of getting revenge for the humiliating defeat Mr. Miyagi gave him and with Chozen injured and forced to head back to Japan meaning Daniel and Johnny along with their students are now down one ally/sensei to take to on the terrifying trio of Silver, Dugan, and the female Cobra Kai Sensei from Korea and their army of wicked senseis, paid attack dogs, and vicious students but Daniel knowing the odds are stacked against them will take a page out Kreese's playbook and call in backup in the form of the only other student that Mr. Miyagi himself personally trained that being Mr. Miyagi's sworn granddaughter Julie Pierce as she was the one who dealt with the Alpha Elite, and it was confirmed by the creators prior to Cobra Kai S1 that Daniel met and befriended Julie at Mr. Miyagi's funeral. And I can easily see the S6 pilot ending like this Johnny: "Great 3 on 2 we are literally screwed LaRusso not only does Silver have that psycho bitch with him, but he has his army buddy Dugan and his students backing him and Cobra Kai up and with Chozen injured and back in Japan we pretty much stand no chance." Daniel: "I wouldn't say we're screwed yet Johnny. As back when it was just Robbie and Sam as my only two students I revealed to them that Mr. Miyagi had personally trained one other student that student being his sworn granddaughter." Johnny: "Sworn granddaughter like her gramps befriended Mr. Miyagi way back in the day and they formed a unbreakable bromance." Daniel: "That's right you see back in WW2 during the European Front Mr. Miyagi's life was saved by his unit commander and Mr. Miyagi repaid his debt by becoming sworn brothers with his unit commander and taught his unit commander Miyagi-Do karate who taught his son eventually leading Mr. Miyagi years later to meet his sworn granddaughter and teach her Miyagi-Do karate and from what she told me at Mr. Miyagi's funeral she along with Mr. Miyagi dealt with Dugan and his Alpha Elite bullies." Johnny: "Well what you are waiting for LaRusso an invitation get her on the phone and let her know that we need her help." Daniel dials Julie's phone number and calls her Juile: "Hi who is this?" Daniel: "Hi is this Julie Pierce." Juile: "Yes. May I ask who is calling?" Daniel: "It's me Daniel I know we haven't spoken since the funeral, but I'm not calling you to swap stories about training under Mr. Miyagi me and a friend of mine need your help as in help dealing with a enemy from your past who is now targeting me."
Watchmojo, you really need to do something about your sound mixing. Your commentary is so often sooooo much louder than the rest, I keep having to keep my cursor on the volume bar --'
We haven't seen the Last of Hector. he's got enough information to discern that Miguel is Carmens son. I think he will show up in the Valley and cause irreperable damage to either Carmen of the baby.

Seriously, the creators of this show are absolutely killing it! No one could've done this better, this show is a masterpiece!
@@ghostwalk2446 indeed, my friend!
Best season yet which is very rare for a show to have arguably their best season this late.
So true I hope they can get Hilary Swank AKA Julie Pierce. But I don't think they will.
I watched every episode of Cobra Kai season 5 last night and it was phenomenal.
Top 10 most unforgivable Kobra Kai moments
There are lots of emotional moments in Cobra Kai... But almost 80% of that belongs to Miguel 😢!
If he cry... Then I'll cry 😭
I thought kreese and chozen died. Insane twists this season
chozen is my new fav character :)
I can’t wait for this to come back! I love this show 🔥
I would've put Kenny beating Hawk, although with a paid referee, the help of the script, Hawk holding back not to hurt him and and an ilegal move that illed Hawk's leg. Round 2 and Hawk would woop his arrogant ass.
Kenny was a victim of Cobra Kai brainwashing
11:41 that look Chozen gives gave me serious Karate Kid 2 flashbacks.
The most shocking moments for me was Terry Burning Mike store, Johnny beating Kim Sung Yung senseis, Daniel beating Kreese in season 3 and Silver in season 5 and Hawk beatinf Robby.
Just finished Season 5. It was so damn good
John Kreese "died" like 4 times: in Karate Kid 3 when Silver comes to inform Miyagi, after Karate Kid 3 when Johnny tells the tournament board, after Johnny kicks him out of the dojo and Daniel says that he "died... again" and at the end of season 5 when he faked his death to break out of prison.
I always thought Johnny saying Kreese was dead in S1 was more he heard about Kreese's "death" in KK3 in 1985, and just took it at face value.
As for S2, I'm going to have to go back and look at that.
No. 1 for me is either Kreese escapes or the Terry/Chozen fight when Terry leaves Chozen unconscious and bleeding out
With the voicemail he left Kumiko & Terry grabbing the sword, so many death flags were raised for Chozen that I thought he was going to die.
Thank God he didn’t. He was the MVP of this season!
Dang I need to start watching. This show looks good
It is!
Terry silver’s return was never a shocker. The reaction of Daniel LaRusso was more of a shocker. It opened his dark side.
I’m really shocked to see that the season 5 finale opening did not make this list! Yes, it was a fake out again, and I couldn’t be happier!! However, seeing Kreese die like that, or at least what I thought at the time left me speechless
You know this is the 3rd time he faked his death!😂🤪
I love "Cobra Kai"💜👍
Johnny didn’t almost lose to Kreese. He beat him. Twice. Only both times, Johnny let his guard down. First time is when he shows mercy and Kreese sweeps his legs before the sprinklers go off. Second time, Johnny had already beat Kreese. It’s only afterwards when Johnny was trying to awake Robby, Kreese sneak attacks him.
When hawk switch sides I didn't know what was gonna go down next season after
You should do a countdown of "Funniest moments of Cobra Kai" Like some of the one liners . Number one pick for me: When Chozen honked Daniels nose. Does anybody have more ideas for funniest moments?
Anything that comes out of Johnny’s mouth

Totally agree with the list!
I ❤️ this show!
Number 1: Barney Stinson was not only right yeaaaaars ago but he was so universally on point they made a damn show out of it on TH-cam that got picked up after by friggin Netflix.
Literally story book shit!
Tory bring forced to hit the stone should've been an honorable mention
Is no one going to talk about how Miguel's dad looks like the hispanic version of gigachad
Gon: Killua, do you think my dad's a dead beat?
Killua: I KNOW your dad is a dead beat, you only met him once.
The Miguel’s dad drama was pretty interesting despite its length
And I don’t have a problem with it being short cause thhere were more important things going on
Also loved that Miguel going to Mexico got Robby and Johnny to do some serious bonding
I figured Robby and Miguel would work their shit out, i didn't think it would happen until the end of the season.
@@penoyer79Yeah, it happened mid-season 5.
Yeah, but it was important for Miguel to have discovered what his dad was really like. I think that Hector may return season 6 and come to California and see Miguel, Carmen, and her mother. But I'm not sure if it will happen because Hector clearly said that he regretted nothing about leaving them
Snuggle pumking
The most shocking scene was when I first saw Robby’s season 1 haircut.
Number 20 was never a shocker
I thought chosen was gonna die and I was gonna be so sad if he did
Him having fun with Daniel & Johnny & his voicemail to Kumiko raised so many death flags for me that I got scared.
@@Phanthief95 I also thought it was funny seeing Daniel with all of his rivals from each movie
nah watching chozen get jiggy on the dance floor was the best 🤣
I'm still watching it but I'm really loving this season I'm really liking Miguels story with his dad that was heartbreaking though knowing your dad is shady
Now I'm excited for S6 hehehehe
Am I like the only one who LOVED The Karate Kid and still hasn't seen any of this show
Tory helping miyagi do taking down silvers version of cobra kai and sam realizing how bad tory has it compared to her living situation wise when she came to her crib
Some of mine are...John Kreese fake death (S5), Kreese taking over the dojo (s2), Miguel's fall (s2), Mike Barnes store being set on fire (S5), Kreese entrance (S1), Chozen at miyagis grave (S4), Hawks breaking demitris arm (S3)
Kenny becoming a bully after getting bullied by Anthony, was a shocking moment. Especially when he smiled after threatening Anthony at the tournament
Am glad I knew this show would be badass and watched it
Nah kreese getting shanked should've been on the list. It was fake but still
Carmen really dodged a bullet
BEFORE I watch this - does it contain any spoilers for the latest season??
Yes it does
Also want to add that the person who Played Tommy really did died so it make it even more sad 😔
That was quite stupid of Johnny Lawrence and Robby to go into a rough Mexican place with FBI shirts, even if they were a play on the acronym. They landed Miguel in serious trouble with his father.
I’m still really hoping Hilary Swanks character from 4 comes in.
And I can easily see the S6 pilot ending like this
Johnny: "Great 3 on 2 we are literally screwed LaRusso not only does Silver have that psycho bitch with him, but he has his army buddy Dugan and his students backing him and Cobra Kai up and with Chozen injured and back in Japan we pretty much stand no chance."
Daniel: "I wouldn't say we're screwed yet Johnny. As back when it was just Robbie and Sam as my only two students I revealed to them that Mr. Miyagi had personally trained one other student that student being his sworn granddaughter."
Johnny: "Sworn granddaughter like her gramps befriended Mr. Miyagi way back in the day and they formed a unbreakable bromance."
Daniel: "That's right you see back in WW2 during the European Front Mr. Miyagi dealt with Dugan and his Alpha Elite bullies."
Johnny: "Well what you are waiting for LaRusso an invitation get her on the phone and let her know that we need her help."
Daniel dials Julie's phone number and calls her
Juile: "Hi who is this?"
Daniel: "Hi is this Julie Pierce."
Juile: "Yes. May I ask who is calling?"
Daniel: "It's me Daniel I know we haven't spoken since the funeral, but I'm not calling you to swap stories about training under Mr. Miyagi me and a friend of mine need your help as in help dealing with a enemy from your past who is now targeting me."
Loved the series
This season was actually pretty violent. I was hoping to see the homeless lady again in season 5
Watchmojo, you really need to do something about your sound mixing. Your commentary is so often sooooo much louder than the rest, I keep having to keep my cursor on the volume bar --'
I almost cried when 'Cruel Summer' Plays
Called number one before the video started.
I thought the Miguel’s dad stuff was good it showed that Johnny is the father figure he needed. Not his real dad.
We haven't seen the Last of Hector. he's got enough information to discern that Miguel is Carmens son. I think he will show up in the Valley and cause irreperable damage to either Carmen of the baby.
I kind of want to see Kenny sibling pain in season six.
