Great video. Pleased someone has put one of the turntable shots up on TH-cam. That was me and the fireman pushing it round though there was a great shot at one point when he wasn't pushing. 😂😂 The buffer isn't bad. It does have a droop on it but it can be rotated a little.
@britishgypsum4347 Thank you. You two did a grand job with the turntable. I had always wanted to see it in action since it was built. 😁 Oh that's good. I was a bit worried about the buffer (don't know why), but if it's as simple as a quick twist then that's all good. :)
@@ph4ntomtr4inI had never used a turntable until I visited WSR. We have a small one installed at Ribble now but we haven't laid the track to it yet. Job to be done this year

@@ph4ntomtr4in it can't go anywhere because the of the spring and the nut holding it inside the buffer shank. Put it down to being 161 years old! 😂
