Exactly! Sperm counts/quality can change over time due to a variety of factors. Even if a man has a rare condition that causes him to make 0 sperm at all, they still have to do multiple tests to confirm this. Not just one.

This was a well written story. This channel once again told a complex story with a surprising ending and had a great life lesson. The actor that played the son played a complex antagonist and did a great job at playing that character, which displayed so many faces of cruelty, selfishness and hedonism.
