I tried to use some of the most inexpensive products in all 8 of vignette DIY pieces. See the ITEMS I used below:

Yes I do craft fairs - my favorite is the one I do in November at Laguna Beach High School where I live as they are put on by the school district- and I make most of my money at this one show! I paint furniture for a living so I like to add DIY type goodies to my displays as it helps make extra $$$

Another great DIY video Kat; maybe my favorite so far of yours. I'm currently creating a coffee bar myself in my kitchen & I have changed my mind & restarted different aspects of it all over again from scratch a bunch of times myself. So I can totally identify with you; if you're not feeling it, you're just not feeling it, LOL!! 😂😂 Doesn't matter how many times you have to re-do it. You are quickly becoming one of my favorite DIY'ers. Hi! I'm brand new to your channel. This is the best DIY for me to just come upon!!! I have been wanting to redo my kitchen in "antique coffee" for years. We have been collecting antique coffee cans forever, trying to not wind up with any duplicates. However I really wasn't sure about how or what I was going to incorporate other antique looking items to get the look in after. This is a great video and have me great ideas! Thank you so much!

Hi Kat I’m Sheryl and I’m a new subscriber to ur channel. I recently saw another diyer use brown and black liquid shoe polish to use as a wood stainer. It’s cheaper and drys real fast and has the same effect as real wood stain. You can try this if you like or not, just wanted to suggest this to you. Love ur projects. TFS !

So I bought some shoe polish... but this wacko bought a wax kind... yeah, needless to say, that didn't work. ugh!!! I might try that again... Only downside is you don't get a lot in the bottle. I love your coffee bar, it turned out so amazing! I use the antique wax too! I sometimes mix a little water with it, not always. But I found by mixing just a few sprays of water you don’t have wipe it off & it still gives the same beautiful finish. I will have to try the baby wipe method, I use baby wipes when I’m painting they are fantastic at getting chalk paint right off your hands & other surfaces so I have tons of them! I use modge podge on just about everything!

How did you and others get those wooden cutting boards? I know they were out several months ago, but I tried 6 different Dollar Tree stores in the Charleston, SC area many times. . I only found one store that had had them. They only got 11 of these and were sold out in less than an hour. Tried to find them on the Dollar Tree website--never found them. I know I'll never find them now, but I am trying to find the secret to finding odd (and popular items) for the next popular item. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

As for the your question: I only found the cutting boards once and I bought 5 or 6. Should've bought more, b/c I have not found them since. I agree, why some stores carry something, and others don't is beyond me.
I guess what I've learned as far as Dollar Tree goes, if you find something you like, buy it and buy it in bulk... b/c who know when you will see it again. But you can always find scrap wood and sand it down. I think that is an even better option at times, b/c I love that rustic look.

For the succulent in a jar l would put white sand or white little rocks. And not bug brown/ greenish rocks- more contrast that way. But great idea!
Hi Hana... absolutely, I did have sand and white rocks... but I guess I wanted more of that rustic look. But I do agree with you it would have looked nicer with a little more contrast. Someone else had an adorable idea of putting coffee beans in there. You could always leave the wood base natural wood or paint it cream to give more of a contrast, too.
