Nice to see I didn’t make a mistake on going to Armstrong foils in comparison to slingshot. I learned on the Slingshot hoverglide 99 & 84 and they were perfect for learning on but the weight was huge compared to the Armstrong. And yeah greasing the bolts and taking apart all the time broke me everytime.
It would be great to see a comparison of the classic line-up of Slingshot Infinity 99/84/76 against the new breed. Or how the new Slingshot Quantum 100 matches up. Both for initial riding and then pumping. Especially for new people or those of us average or below average Joes. :>
Kinda off topic. But the ratchet screwdriver, is that just a box store driver or something that real has for saltwater conditions. I’ve had various ones and they tend to die on me pretty quick.
Yeah that is a sick driver. It’s Snap-On. When they seize up, they give you a new one. They aren’t cheap but last me about a year of heavy use before they are shot.
Love the ptm 926 with the 325! Tried the Hs 1550 and MA1000. I think I need to get used to the armstrong..... After the first try it feels quite different.....

Should you be using the HA925 or 1125 as the better comp?
Nah. The Armstrong HA1125 and 925 are way higher performance than the PTM line up. Better comparison of the PTM are the HS wings.
Try the PTM with the PS 325 tail wing!
Yeah it’s sporty with the 325 tail. I like to test these things stock to see what the consumer first impression will be.
