I love the transitions when swapping ears it’s a lot softer and less jumpy if that makes sense and surprisingly marks asmr helps calm my adhd brain from racing 😂 so thank you Mark !✨
I've only recently gotten into asmr. For so long I thought id hate it because certain noises might freak me out. But I was pleasantly surprised by how much they actually relax me. I had this on in the background while I drew and I almost feel asleep 😅. I really enjoy the different ear effect too, it's cool how you can switch from side to side without feeling too overwhelmed in one ear.
