Just for those wondering where she is now, she’s living in Peachtree City, Georgia. She has two vocal training academies, one in Georgia and one in Florida (I’m one of her students). Her voice is still as beautiful, although she does have a vocal nodule.

What an awesome tribute to Lisa! She deserves this so much. She is my favorite. She sings to her audience as though she is singing to each and everyone of them. The connection that she makes with her audience is unmatched by any performer that I know. She has such a gentle voice, and you can tell she really enjoys singing. I'm glad she has a voice academy - she has so much to give to the vocal arts! I miss her so much, but perhaps one day we will see her again on Celtic Woman! My personal favorite is her performance in Amazing Grace!

I'm sure you know this by now, but, just for verification, Lisa Kelly was not fired from Celtic Woman. She went on maternity leave since she was pregnant with her fourth child. She has made it clear that she has no plans to be on the Believe tour next year. However, in response to a 'letter' I posted on her Facebook page, she said that she is not ready to hand over her stage shoes yet, so, most likely, she will come back to the group sometime. Long live, LISA KELLY!

That being said, as far as I've been able to gather from Lisa, she has no plans of returning to Celtic Woman. She has her family, her Voice Academy, the Dance Academy, and Lord knows what else she has going on. Needless to say, she has more than enough to keep her busy.

Obviously we don't know everything about everything, and whilst Celtic Woman consists of more than the singers, I have always thought of Lisa as the senior performa. Almost she IS Celtic Woman. It was sad to see Lisa Kelly move away from Celtic Woman. I have missed every one of the fantastically talented and gifted women who have made Celtic Woman home for a while- only to be stunned by a newcomer who was just as talented and stunning. I think the changes are part of what keeps Celtic Woman healthy and vibrant, and now look forward to what new wonder such a not very big country will bring forth. Ireland is definitely on my bucket list- I very much want to see the land that has produced such a bounty of talent- after Celtic Women, there's only U2, Eric Clapton, and a few hundred more!
